Smells of sewage

Nice staff, on the beach, pool, delicious cocktails. The owner was very kind to allow us to switch our day of accomodation at the last minute for no extra cost as we were caught in the Hong Kong typhoon. They also allowed us to add my daughter to the booking when we arrived. Very accommodating.

The rooms are very basic and my daughter’s bathroom had a very bad odour. The street was also very busy.

I've stayed here several times, and I keep coming back. The beach and pool are lovely, the staff is great, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I was lucky to get the room with the kitchenette again this time. It's also walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

The only thing I can think of is to provide some sachets of instant coffee for the morning. The kitchen opens at 7 or 8 am, but I get up earlier. Coffee isn't too far away though.

Wet good location, couple steps from room to the sea, swimming pool is amazing, clean just front of room and restaurant. Staff is very friendly, helpful. Room is clean every day. Only the front door have to be fixed and new blanket needed. Everything was good, I will come back!

Great hotel, second time we have stayed there before flying home. Great location, lovely staff, amazing views and the food is amazing! Wouldn’t stop anywhere else in Samui

Paid high price for room location only to be overrun by day trippers who paid few Thb for same facilities and location!!!!

The lady on reception was very responsive to my issues. She also arranged a taxi to take us to the airport for early the following day. (No airport shuttle as advertised) convenient for a 1 night stay for an early flight. The room was a good size, and the bathroom had clearly been updated recently.

I requested clean sheets as the ones on the bed were badly stained. The top sheet had what looked like blood on it, and the bottom sheet had dubious stains, which I didn't get too close to identify. They came with clean sheets but put the new bottom sheet over the one already on. My guess was they didn't want to take the old one off as the mattress was just as bad. They took the duvet with them and left us with a single sheet to use as a top sheet, which would have been fine for one person but not 2. The towels were thread bare and had holes in. The shower was a cold drizzle and a waste of time. The air con was loud. The walls are very thin, and you can clearly hear the conversation from next door.

Well the rooms were very simple, nothing extra. But had everything needed and good value for the prize.
