The room was far away from the elevator at least a 1-2 minute walk for some people. This should be advertised for older customers. The shower does not regulate, going from cold to extreme heat in seconds. The AC was very old, smelled of dampness, and wasn't very cool, so room was always on the warmer side. Balcony doors are very loud when opening and closing. When you book, they actually send you a message saying please forgive our shortcomings. The pool looked cloudy and wasn't cleaned once in the time we were there. The bed was the worst bed I've slept in since arriving in Thailand 9 months ago. It has been used as a sofa to watch tv, so the bottom of the matress has two large dips where people have been sitting. The headboard and large chair in the room were also marked with humidity stains. I would say you get what you pay for, but in this case, I've paid less for better. Dogs barking all night around the area. Checked out 1 day early as this place was not for us.

Not much to say here. The kitchen had mugs, and there was a decent kettle. The fridge was good. The room was clean. Staff were helpful via messages and did offer to move us rooms, but it looks like most of the rooms are very similar.

Just a Shame there wasn’t a little communal area for coffee etc to meet others that were staying , wasn’t any sun loungers around the pool

Quiet and well located in Na Jomptien, not far from Sukumvit road. Good if you like to chill on the beach or if you take KiteSurfing lessons i recommand KBA school. Only 10 minutes away by motobike from the resort.

Beautiful looking property in Mediterranean style beautiful canal waterfeature swimable and clean between the buildings & surrounding the property . 7/11 plus another general convenience store 100 meters from the property entrance A very pleasant 5 minute walk to Jomtien Beach Jomtien Beach world class and beautiful with great sand Can't believe negative reviews re the beach Perhaps like any beach occasionally suffers from storm surges . But every time I have visited over the last 3 years Jomtien Beach has always been fantastic . The propert is great value for the money and an excellent location well away from the tourist crowds 3 Great seafood resteraunts within 5 -10 minute walk Property security excellent Plenty of on property secure free car parking space L extensive property venetian style features will remain well maintained . Room is clean but the building D located in front of entrance area, a bit far from the swiming pool. No pool view as I’ve made the booking ☹️ No reception service , only a house keeping mate standby.

I like the water park & long swimming pool. Good for family with childs. Good atmosphere in the large garden & nice scenery. Good for leisure and value for money.

Too isolated from shopping and food / bar areas. No on-site restaurant or bar areas. There were several “spa” areas around the pool, but none were working and looked to have been out of service for a very long time. Several areas around the pool require or were undergoing renovations. There was only artificial grass around the pool areas and if no shade, was extremely hot underfoot. As were the stainless steel ladders if unshaded. Long walk to nearest mini-mart.

What I do not understand or appreciate are the negative reviews given here about this place. We stayed for two days. Before we arrived, I had some questions, and they were answered quickly, politely, and very friendly. Upon arrival, the security staff was very friendly and showed us directions. Unfortunately, our room was on the parking side, but next time I should read more carefully before booking a room. The poolside was also available, but it was my fault that I did not book a room there. Our room was very clean and had a small balcony. The whole building looked very nice and impressive. There was no strange smell in the room or hotel. Our mattresses were a bit uncomfortable, but that was only our opinion, as some people like hard mattresses and some like soft ones., For a hotel owner, it's very difficult pleasing everyone with mattresses. If I read the bad reviews, I believe most of them are based on people having a bad day, a bad marriage, or having to go back to work again. For us personally, it was really a nice stay. People who are looking for the perfect hotel will not find it. We've stayed in many five-star hotels, and there's always something that you don't like or agree with, but that's all personal and cannot be reflected on the hotel. Also, not with food, mattresses, or the color of the room. My questions were answered quickly and clearly, like I mentioned before, so for that, I don't understand the negative comments mentioned by others. I want to thank the owner for the pleasant stay and the perfect hospitality given to us, and a thank you for the polite guards standing outside and walking their rounds at the parking lot so nothing will happen. We will definitely come back again.

It’s nice place and very near beach and night market but not very busy location so don’t hear traffic all day and it’s perfect place for family’s too and if you don’t want to explore you have all you need like shops ect very close
