Swimming pool, sauna, gym, location.

It was comfortable

Internet was horrible. Curtains were broken and floor was damaged.

The outlook and pool very good did not use the gym room was adequate spacious shower Close to 7-11 and Toos dual carriedgeway short drive to beach and eateries plenty of security and polite staff

Would be better with two chairs at the table instead of the large easy chair but we managed and ate out A leaflet with hotel plan and fire escapes detail number of taxis and fiod delivery would be good

One of the aircon is not working

Not much to say here. The kitchen had mugs, and there was a decent kettle. The fridge was good. The room was clean. Staff were helpful via messages and did offer to move us rooms, but it looks like most of the rooms are very similar.

The room was far away from the elevator at least a 1-2 minute walk for some people. This should be advertised for older customers. The shower does not regulate, going from cold to extreme heat in seconds. The AC was very old, smelled of dampness, and wasn't very cool, so room was always on the warmer side. Balcony doors are very loud when opening and closing. When you book, they actually send you a message saying please forgive our shortcomings. The pool looked cloudy and wasn't cleaned once in the time we were there. The bed was the worst bed I've slept in since arriving in Thailand 9 months ago. It has been used as a sofa to watch tv, so the bottom of the matress has two large dips where people have been sitting. The headboard and large chair in the room were also marked with humidity stains. I would say you get what you pay for, but in this case, I've paid less for better. Dogs barking all night around the area. Checked out 1 day early as this place was not for us.

I change the room 2times =0, one mosquito another smell smoking too much abit old room not really clean

The pool was ok, but if you are a foreigner they are gonna ask if you live there A LOT.

The bed was sooo uncomfortable and the security is right below you and stare the whole time you are on the balcony. Just overall was very u comfortable and happy to leave.

No breakfast but i did pay for.

It was not the hotel .not the venetian poseidan .there is a scam.where i was booked in at was the venetian signature condo resort.a long way out of town .had to get taxis for a drink of water. Only stayed 1 night your photos are of this place.some one is doing Some thing illegal.thailand do not allow condo hotel rentals.

I wasn't able to regulate the ac. It was either freezing or off.

It was a last minute choose. I is farther from the beach than I liked. It is a Quiet location. The owner was attentive and helpful when needed. It had a good price for the time I was there. The only kickback was there was no English speaking Channels, having excess to YouTube, Prime, Netflix, and others would have made my stay there more enjoyable.
