While we were staying in the hotel for 2 night, the second night was horrible due to seminar party which was last until midnight and some of the guest from the party still making lots of noise while entering their room which close to our room.

The location was great in the middle of everything. The sand was soft and whiteish and the beach was clean. Sea was crystal clean. You can see the bottom of the sea bed. The hotel have little train where kids can enjoy riding it forth and back from the cute little station.

There was a big building construction next to the hotel. Limited TV channels. The hotel is one of the nicest ones in the area so all building areas should be well maintained.

Beachfront location for swim and long walk, good breakfast, nice pool and garden, close to local shops but hotel has a beachside restaurant with great food. Staff members were very nice and friendly.

Water pressure and temperature of shower in the room could better. Jacuzzi in the swimming pool was not on and water spray features only sometimes for short intervals.

Ample car park, infinity pool and nice beach area. Nightlight in bedside stand with motion sensor very good. TV with direct Netflix and YouTube access. 4 bottles of water in the room and some free snack and can of soda. Food in The Shore restaurant was good. Nice small Wonder Art section. Quite big selection of food on the breakfast buffet, but average quality.

During we stay, we met party event and make a lound noise. So boring. Reception just only inform that the party will be end 10.30 PM. However, I can't sleep until the party was over.

Breakfast is only one that u don't miss it. Everything is perfect.

The staff didn’t check the detail before asking us to pay. We need to figure out by ourself that staff calculate wrong amount of the payment. Not only once but three times and the staff didn’t say sorry at least once. For example, we paid via booking but they asked us to pay again. Or our food is 1,3xx thb but the staff told us the first time 3,xxx and the second time 2,xxx. I need to help them calculate till i get 1,3xx

the hotel tries to be family and kids friendly, but yet there is not much to do for kids. The "Indoor playground" is extremely small (3 kids and its full) and there is not really any outdoor playground; even though there would be enough space. The breakfast seems to have a lot to offer, but yet somehow it's hard to find any good food; especially healthy.

For me, a beach/ swimming pool holiday is not my thing, I need to see things. I can't swim in the sea, don't like sand and can't swim in chlorine. There is no village to visit particularly, there is no transport to places, you need to hire a driver to go anywhere. Chanthaburi is nearly 45 mins away, but that is a lovely interesting place, I loved it there. There is also very little English spoken in this corner if that worries you. Hotel gets very full at weekends with team building groups and families. Even in early Feb.

Beach is clean and private. Restaurant provide good taste and variety of foods. The whole facility is keep up, tidy and good maintenance. The staffs are polite and helpful.

The location is excellent, with private beach, clean, completed with facilities, as pool, work out room. Food is excellent, variety of choice, either western and eastern.

Swimming pool was not clean enough. It might come from raining. They cut welcome snack out compared with my last stay. There were large 2-3 groups of customer with 100++ people, so, some facilities were crowded.

Superb breakfast with ice cream. Comfy bed and good linen. Location is next to the beach.
