The location is fantastic and that’s the big attraction. As for the hotel it’s very good for the price . The only downside there is no Gym but otherwise lovely hotel .

A modern, centrally situated hotel which was very good value for money. Large comfortable rooms. Good buffet breakfast. Large sized pool at rear with seating around. Lots of street food directly outside and a night bazaar. Would happily stop here again.

    - Friendly staff, but not to chatty. - Central location. - Good daily different breakfast. - Clean room. - Spacious room. - 13 min. walking to the night market and 10 min. to the clocktower (must visit for lightshow). - Also streetfood right in front of the hotel. Can recommend the Pad Thai, Hamburger stall and Beny Bakkery. - nice city view (frontside of hotel) from our room.

We had room 669. Loud room in the sense that you can hear a lot inside your room, especially from adjacent room and hallway. There were a lot of Chinese tourists. Very loud people, one was even having a very loud phone call in the hallway and his room at 3 in the morning.

Stayed in Room 707. It was clean, had all the basic amenities and an in-room safe. Queen sized bed was comfortable. In-room slippers and bathrobe provided. Great location and a 5 minutes walk to the famous Chiang Rai Clock Tower. Despite the room facing a main road it was quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. Outside the hotel there were more than enough convenience shops (7-11, etc) and local food shops and cafe. Easy walking distance to of about 7-10 minutes to the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar.

Perhaps the hotel requires a fresh coat of paint externally. In Room would say that the Room needs a refresh. It is functional now but could use some additional tender loving care.
