Our stay was great :) The host of the apartment is very nice. We got breakfast at the apartment every morning and we could take bikes for free from the apartment to explore the historical site. The air conditioning was working fine and the place was clean.

The room, although clean and comfortable, was a bit old fashioned and run down, but nothing disturbing.

Very friendly host. She makes a huge and tailored thai style breakfast that was delicious, brought directly to your room. Nice location near the temples and a cute night market. Free bike lending when most of the other places charge something for it : definitely appreciated.

Walls of the bathroom don’t reach the ceiling, so light at night floods the bedroom area

A slice of local life just 2 blocks from the historical park entrance. Night market is at the end of the street. Owner is sweet - brought us a bunch of bananas to snack on. Breakfast was delicious. I could have spent more time enjoying the porch!

Great location and the hosts were so accommodating- we arrived in the early morning on an overnight bus and they made up our room early so that we had somewhere to stay and to rest. They had bikes to use for free which was really great for the historical park!

this is a very good place - the owner ladies are friendly and kind, the place is comfortable and very clean, the bed has white sheets which is always welcome as it is impossible to reuse them between one day stay guests... the bed is very comfortable, the air con works well, the bathroom is clean, there is a little kitchen that we could use - certainly a bonus to have a microwave. The breakfasts were very much to our taste - the lady cooked some local food for us which we preferred to egg omelettes. The street is quiet, the location is great, in the old town, on Saturday and Sunday there is a market in the street and in the park. There is a 7/11 shop, some restaurants. It is strongly recommended, probably the best place where we stayed so far in Thailand. There are also bikes that can be used.

Sami House was the perfect stay to visit Sukhothai park. It’s extremely close walking or biking. It is on a small residential street so you get to feel what the local neighborhood is like. It feels kind of like a homestay because the host is really kind, friendly, and likes to chat with her guests. She made us very tasty Thai breakfasts and had bikes for us to use.

We were a bit confused to begin with as to which of the facilities were shared with the other room and which were our own. It might be useful for the owner to make this clear in the room description and photos.

The owners were so friendly and welcoming. We loved sitting on the terrace outside our room. The house was in a perfect location for visiting the historical park. The bikes were free and very good quality and lots of them to choose from. We had the ground floor room and although we didn’t have a balcony we did have a big terrace to sit on and an inside dining area where our breakfast was served in a morning. The breakfast was the best we’ve had, so much fruit and home made cakes and sweet things as well as egg and rice. We really appreciated it!!

The genuinely friendly arrival. Tuktuk (yes!) is a warm smiling host. The family room has 2 big beds and a Wonderful Thai feeling to it. We had the best night sleep of our trip.

The hosts were absolutely amazing! They were always so friendly and helpful. The breakfast every morning was tasty. The room was a good size. The location is great - close to the night market and historical parks. They had bikes available to take around the city at no extra cost. Overall, I highly recommend staying here while visiting Sukhothai.

The water pump is a bit noisy. Some mosquitoes (as everywhere in Sukhothaï).

Very warm welcome. Rooms are well maintained, location is great (very easy to walk to the historical park), and the host is very friendly and helpful. She offer to do laundry for us, provided delicious food (breakfast and snacks), kept our bags while we were roaming around and help us organize our trip to Si Shalanai and to phitsanulok Bus station.

Sano and her sister are very welcoming and helpful. The room is cosy and comfortable. The location is amazing, just a short walk from the entrance of the park and main road where you can find plenty of restaurants and a lovely market.

The location is excellent, behind the museum and very close to the historical center. A free bike was provided to me to visit the temples ruins. The hostess is very friendly and helpful!

Great location of the apartment & a nice big room. The owner is very nice and prepares a delicious breakfast - she even made me an extra vegetarian breakfast.

Everything was perfect !

The guesthouse is located 3min by bicycle from the historical park, in a quiet neighbourhood, in Sukhothai old town. The landlady is super kind, she can do your laundry for only 50 baht and she makes the finest thai breakfast you could have. You can borrow the bicycles for free and roam around the old town. The A/C works well. The room is clean and the bathroom is quite big. You have a kitchen you can use, as well as a fridge. I highly recommend, I for sure will come back.
