Maple and her brother are very helpful and kind. They even drove us to the airport. It was very close to where you can hire motorbikes. It is close to shops. Breakfasts are great.

No teabags or coffee in room.

I liked the Property, owner is very decent and helpful in nature, everything is good about this property.

The best accomodation on our Thailand trip. The apartment was spotless, it was spacious and very comfortable. The hostess was so kind and she helped us the whole time. The location is right outside the old city centre, near the 7/11 and good restaurants options. Would definitely recommend for your Chiang Mai trip!

There are large windows at the front and back of the room, I can see blue sky. my room in 4th floor.

Very good and clean apartment well positioned in Chiang mai. Sweet and friendly owners. Lovely couple. They even helped us going to the airport on our way back

Couldn’t rate higher, beds were extremely comfy and a good size, the apartment itself was very clean, looked brand new and had everything you need. Brand new big TV, powerful shower and a small kitchen if you wanted to make any food yourself. I even left something in the room and the host posted it to me back to Bangkok on a next day delivery free of charge.

Only small issue was the amount of mosquitos but you get that anywhere u go in Thailand and the apartment had spray to deal with them anyway

Very clean, the facilities were clean and easy to use, basic facilities are available.

Too many flights of stairs, an elevator would be more efficient

The host, Maple is really kind and hospitable. We enjoyed the house like our home.

The stairs might be a bit difficult for some people like my Mom whose knees aren’t well enough. The guests’ floor are at 3th, 4th and 5th floor. So we had no choice to use the 1st floor.

Very clean, good mattress, extremely friendly owner, not far from the centre, many good local restaurants around. Owner helped with transfer bookings and provided all the information needed.

The stairs are just a bit taxing especially when you have luggages, but good things Maple and her brother were very accommodating

They should emphasize when booking if the room is on the second or third floor without an elevator, because people still come with bags.

Maple is the best host and her house is so clean and comfortable. The place is quiet and the room is huge. Moreover, there is a beautiful cat in the house! We also loved the airport transport service, really friendly and quick!

Everything! The host is so kind, the room is comfortable, the facility is clean, and we walked everywhere from the front door! We will always stay here when we visit Chiang Mai!

Our daughter wanted to take her cat home 😂 If you’re sensitive to climbing stairs, you may not want to book here.

The place was in a good location. The host was delightful. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It is set up like a luxury hotel but in a house.

A small detail that didnt detract from my great stay was the shower water gets all over the bathroom because it's not separated.

The location and cleanliness. Maple is the kindest, most helpful and accommodating owner of the property. She really has gone out of her ways to make our stay most enjoyable. This is by far the best B&B that I have ever stayed at.

We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend! The room was modern, very clean and had everything we needed. Maple was the best host and made us a delicious breakfast every morning. She also organised our minibus to Pai for us which picked us up from the house.
