We had a lovely stay, the location was a bit out of the way from anything so you’d definitely need a bike to get about. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Laundry service was super quick and very reasonably priced. I’d recommend keeping the AC on to keep any creepy crawlys away!

The listing promised a bathtub but the bathtub in our room was not working. We contacted the receptionist to make it work but he said that it will not work.

The property was well situated and the room was clean.

They advertise high speed WiFi but the WiFi connection in my room was not good. The room had some black mould and was a bit smelly. My room was not cleaned or water restocked for my stay of 5 days. It was expensive for the quality of the room.

Lovely swimming pool and outdoor space. The terrace at the front of the room was lovely. Lots of plants and flowers around.

There were some ants in the shower and the toilet did not really flush.

It was a bit further from shops and stuff like that but I didn’t look that through enough. The room was really big and looked pretty clean. They have a airport shuttle service. 300 BHT for 6 minutes ride..

A lot of bugs, door only locked with a pad lock outside which is quite odd, only locks inside with a bolt which broke but staff fixed immediately. Not a lot of restaurants or bars around

Very very noisy in the bedrooms at the front next to the road due too poor quality doors, beds extremely hard which wouldn’t have been much of an issue if it wasn’t for the noise. But the combination of two made it very hard to have a good nights sleep.

Pool area was fantastic could maybe have done with a couple more sun beds though, staff were great and good value for money.

I booked a room with air conditioning, the air in the room did not work at all!!, they showed me 2 more rooms and the same. finally they upgrade me to a room where the air condition was new and worked perfectly!

Noisy floorboards, no couch or anything but I didn't worry as I was out most of the day. If you had to stay indoors then could be a problem. My room had a balcony on the Street side, which was a little noisy. There are villas with their own pools and away from the street if noise is a problem.

Easy to find, clean room, facilities good, lovely pool. Reception staff were pleasant and accommodating. Room was large. There was a bath too. Bottled water delivered every day. Beds are firm which was good for me and there is no microwave, which is fine. Food is cheap so eat fresh and eat out.

The staff can't communicate well in English. The room was dusty. The swimming pool closing time is too early. There is no shampoo or body lotion in the room.

Overall great value for money. They take good care of guests, there was noise from renovations of nearby bungalow so they gave us another much bigger room without asking for any extra money. Rooms are clean and pool is nice too.

The room was completely new renovated and we felt so welcomed and comfortable. The bed was big and cosy, the bathroom was very clean and the bungalow with its own terrace had a lot of space for all your stuff. The pool is also really nice and their own laundry service was perfectly. All in all we really enjoyed our time and would definitely come back!
