Little bit noisey at night from people coming back from being out late at night. But geuss it would be anywhere in Patong.

The pool must be renovated its very old as well as the iron gates need to be removed. Moreover, the reception musy have an A/C as the weather humid and hot.

Location to the beach and shopping district was great. the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The facilities i.e the 2 pools were great. For a family this was a great location and very affordable, only a short 10 min walk to most of the shopping and restaurants.

We had a delay in our flight because of the situation between israel and iran, and our trip shifted for 3 days And the staff didn’t cooperate in this matter

Loud guests late at night. Yelling off the balconies to each other. No one told them to be quiet. This went on for hours.

The check in experience was lacking any information on location of the hotel facilities. The was no concierge service to show you to your room and in such a large facility with a number of buildings this proved to be challenging. I also noticed many guests having a similar experience.

They could have attached a good vendor for bike rental( like they have for phuket tour). This would give additional comfort for the guests rather than we going and finding a bike rental store and not knowing if we can trust them or not.

Location is good . Easily accessible and almost all taxi guys know this place. No need to tell them the route.

We loved the pool area, the gym and that it was so close to everything. It was about a 15 minute walk to patong beach.

Being charged 150 bht for a broken cup, which is taken from your 3000 bht deposit. Accidents do happen.

Pool and bar area, great location, just far enough off the main road so you can't hear it. Well kept throughout.

When we came the aircon was mouldy but we asked them to clean it and they did. They also push 2 single beds together to make up a “double bed” but the mattresses didn’t move much so it was still comfortable. The bond is super expensive being $3000 Thai Baht and you have to keep the receipt otherwise you don’t get anything back.

The pools were always super clean and fun to swim in! They offer a range of pool toys for kids as well which were fun for all ages to use. The staff were always very helpful and happy! The location was about a 10 minute walk from Patong strip which was perfect for us. Heaps of convenience shops next door.

The resort was beautiful, pool was big and so nice with pool bar, music and excellent service. Staff were ao friendly and helpful. Very clean, and buffet breakfast was good. Highly recommend this resort!

There is a rule you can’t eat anything or drink anything (besides water) at the poolside. I find this really stupid, we’re on holiday to relax so should be allowed to eat by the pools. You have to buy the drinks and food which the hotel offer if you want to eat by the pool, which are naturally much more expensive than buying from the shop.

The rooms were great, very clean, mini fridge and lovely balcony. The double bed is two beds pushed together- which didn’t bother us. They have two pools and lots of amenities like a table tennis table and a spa.
