ThailandThe location is fairly remote from shops unless you can drive. There was no water, soap, shampoos, tissue, toilet tissue, tea, coffee etc. Not even bottled water. This was a bit of a shock. My partner booked the apartment, and all would have been fine if we had known or been warned to bring things with us. Maybe it's in the fine print somewhere. Otherwise, great value and peaceful location
Location, balcony, mattress and bedding. Chairs to enjoy balcony and nice view although not sea view was fine. The place is slightly dated but perfectly respectable and a good construction and decoration standard.

United KingdomIt’s a furnished apartment, not a hotel, so bring your own consumables: water, soap, tea/coffee etc. Quite isolated, one km to good beach and a bit further to a string of 20+ seafood beach restaurants; 1 km (in other direction, inland) to nearest 7/11 convenience store. Free wifi only in lobby area, internet in room 150 baht per day and a bit complicated to organize from reception (there’s no intercom phone, you have to go down; staff are very nice but have little to offer). Transport into town is expensive (300 baht); Grab doesn’t seem to serve the area. So really need to have own transport. No bicycle rent, but motor-bike at 250 baht / day.
Swimming pool is excellent – big, clean, good depth. Apartment is well furnished and decorated. Great view from balcony. Quiet location, reasonably near beach with fishing village (and barking dogs…).

United KingdomIt's a good place to stay if you don't have transport. Nearest 7-11 is 1km away so bring lots of your own food.The area around the resort is not clean .Lots of rubbish around roads and beach about 200 metres is really bad with plastic washed up from the sea regularly . Please remember there is no Wifi internet in the room only in the lobby and pool area.There are no routers fitted by condo management on higher floors, that has to be done by individual owners of each studio apartment.
Room was nice comfortable and quiet. The bed was good.Swimming pool fine.

United Kingdomthere was no Wi-Fi or working Tv in the room and it was sadly lacking a welcoming pack like a toilet roll washing up liquid tea coffee milk sugar etc . it’s annoying and tiring getting off a plane on a long 19 hour flight to arrive very late and finding no welcome pack . even it it means increasing the price to cover it a lot of English people don’t understand what a condo is they think it’s a self catering flat.
it was near the beach had private security and a lovely pool.

United StatesThere were bed bugs which I still have on my body. Cleanliness was not good. Low water pressure. Had to flush toilet 5 times. The property was not well maintained. Pool has missing tiles. Also tiles broken all outside walk. The water pump was above my room and continuesly making noise on the 7th floor. I was going to buy a condo there but after seeing the condition of property I will not. The common fee is very high. But none of the money is used to maintain the property. The condo is not old but poorly maintained. Loved the area but will never return unless they fix the problems

IrelandOh my gosh, that hotel was a total disaster! I couldn't believe it when I saw that they hadn't cleaned the beds. It was honestly disgusting. And then, to make matters worse, my mosquito bites got super infected and swollen. They were so itchy and painful, I could barely sleep. When I complained to the staff, they didn't even seem to care. They were totally unprofessional and didn't take my concerns seriously. I would never stay there again and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone.The motorbikes are so slow u can bearly get anywhere with it and we slapped the beds and dust flew everywhere and they didn't even clean the beds before we came they cleaned it a week and a half before we came such a bad hotel

United KingdomWhy is it so empty? Quiet place if you want but should be so much busier. Grab for food so easy but transport hard if not driving/ bike yourself.
The pool was amazing, the staff helped me when power went out for 30 mins and get a taxi when grab wasn’t working! 10/10
