The beach could do with some cleaning up, some of the sundress were tired and maybe needed replacing, beachfront restaurants are a bit pricey ))

The whole hotel complex design is lovely, the location, the gardens, the pools and not forgetting the hard working staff, the complete ambiance, energy and tranquility it provides, is just perfect. Great value for the rooms…..

The humidity meant that using our balcony was a no, due to mozzie bits! We went in May.

It felt like a retreat ..very beautiful and lush throughout. Beautiful pool, beach and surroundings.

A very large resort with a wide range of facilities but quite a way to walk depending on your room location. Great food. Great pools. Excellent gym and game facilities. Beachfront on a beautiful beach although the sand is quite coarse. A limited range of shops nearby but I had a hire car. Some great jungle and scenery within 20kms. Tsunami museum, elephant centres, ATV etc in the area. A very relaxing five days - would stay again. Reasonable shoulder season rates for a large comfortable room. The Tonga Bar and restaurant on the beach next door had great food and a terrific fire-show night.

Location was far away from market area and shuttle spaces were limited and taxi alternatives quite expensive

Most of the guests were Russian, that gave a different vibe than a hotel we stayed at the centre od Khao Lak. Also the clothes had no chance to dry at the balcony as there was a shade most of the day. We were happy, we had our own car as the location is not ideal.

Little bit outside Khao Lak but shuttle bus available to take you into centre

Spacious room with pool access. Lovely clean beach with good surf and swimming (body boards available for free). Good food in hotel and not overpriced. Restaurants around hotel had great food also. Staff very helpful and friendly

Fantastic staff that could not do enough for you. It was far from the main town but that was great as it was away from the hustle and bustle. It was very relaxing with an awesome beach and a good selection of bars and restaurants both in the resort and close by

They offer a shuttle service to the town markets but we weren't able to book this as everyone else had booked it up a week in advance! This isn't a fair system and the hotel need to just do it 24 hrs in advance to give everyone a chance

The hotel was very crowded so breakfast, although plentiful & good quality, involved queuing. The beautiful beach was also quite crowded so getting a lounger was sometimes a problem.

This is a great hotel with fabulous facilities such as the leisure area, and very nice staff. Pool access rooms are worth the upgrade.

The spa is beautiful and we'll designed but unfortunately the treatment wasn't the best and it was double the average in Thailand. I recommend going down the road and use the local spas.

Graceland ticked all the boxes for us! We absolutely loved everything about it. The rooms are spacious and airy with a large porch and a garden tub. The pools are great and wide and the beach is stunning. Breakfast was the best we had in all 4 hotels we stayed in. The kids loved the beach art and the pools. We loved the beach bar and the perfect restaurant on the shore. A wide public area in the middle of the hotel where you can sit outside at night time if you're coming with a large group of friends and you all have kids :) I have to recommend the rooms at area 12-14 looks better than the older part and better location. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful! Everyone is so nice and on top of everything 24/7. A special thanks to the lovely Miss Nong front desk manager, for really making a difference for us during our stay when solving a problem we had so quickly and efficiently!! We stayed in 4 hotels during our stay in Thailand and Graceland was absolutely top of the notch stay and we'll definitely stay again!!

The staff was not always professional. Some was more buzy checking their phones or doing activities themselves, which were for the guests.

The place was very much as expected. We would rate it for at four star + hotel. Nice welcome and check in. The rooms was large and with a nice kitchen, balcony and view. There was a lot of activities to choose from. The spa was excellent. The pool and the Beach nearby was really nice.there were a lot of variety of food in the breakfast buffet and the restaurants on the resort was nice. They made very nice pizzas european style.
