Walls were a little thin and could hear the "late night activities" from the room next door. Nothing earplugs couldn't fix.

The biggest problem was with an employee in the early hours of the morning who charged me 300 extra for a “quest” to get in. Note that the hotel claims to be quest friendly and even here in the Q&A they say they don't charge for the guest, but I was charged anyway. As they didn't charge me for another quest on a second day, I can only imagine that it was the grumpy young employee who attended to me in the early hours of the morning.

Good location. Large room. Fair price. The bathroom door opening inwards gets in the way a little, but that's okay. I asked them once to change the sheets and they didn't, they just tidied up what had already been used.

It could have more powerpoints more easily accessible. It's probably more because it's in Pattaya but some guy clearly engaged the services of an entertainer and they were pretty noisy and drunk in their negotiations. But that's probably just Pattaya things.

The room was very spacious and clean. It completely met expectations. It had a table and chair that I appreciated. It's in a quiet part of town (but note below) and directly across the road from a convenience store. It's far away from the party scene so you won't be disturbed. My room had a balcony so I could wash things in the afternoon and it would largely dry during the day if I left it out. The air conditioning worked quite well. The bed was comfortable. I would not hesitate to book it again.

The hotel was not in a good location There was no pavement to walk on, and you had to keep looking over your shoulder because some of the bikers were driving so fast

The pool is relatively shallow.

This is a very good hotel away from noisy roads but within a 10-minute walk to the beach. It has 7-11 and Big C very close by and two very good massage shops. There are very good Irish Pub, seafood, and Thai restaurants all within a 5 minutes walk if you don't want to eat at the in-house German restaurant. The rooms are large with a good size balcony, writing desk, and a king-size bed. The water pressure is very good. The pool is good for a refreshing swim but not so good if you want to do laps. The staff are very helpful and housekeeping is excellent. I have stayed here many times and will continue to base myself here in the future.
