AustraliaThe general amenities are getting tired; location isn't the best for morning walks and the proximity to nice areas. Lamai area is getting old and tired. Private beach wasn't nice and didn't really reflect the photos on the website.
Highlight of the Resort are the friendliest breakfast staff and the actual breakfast. This really is unbeatable, and it starts your day off perfectly. You must stay in any of the pool villa rooms otherwise the jacuzzi rooms are a real disappointment and resort spoiler.

Well maintained, easy to navigate and get around to the different areas, the staff were incredibly accomodating and always offered a lift via buggy. As the property is a little outside of Chaweng having the free shuttle services was a huge convenience.

We loved the view and hot tub, and the staff were lovely. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant, infinity pool and bar were great on the hot days, and the 1hr free drinks in lieu of reno works were very well received by all. Our cooking class with Manee was the highlight of our stay!

United KingdomSome facilities were under renovation during my stay, including the gym and one of the pools. Lunch and dinner could be improved compared to the excellent breakfast.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The private beach was absolutely amazing - the water was clear and perfect for snorkeling. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was nice and very clean, with a super comfortable bed. The minibar was a pleasant surprise — soft drinks were free and even included some snacks. The hotel had three restaurants open during our stay — Sun, Moon, and Star. Star Restaurant has an amazing view, which really adds to the dining experience. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. However, compared to breakfast, lunch and dinner were a bit less impressive. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here, and I'll definitely come back — but l'll wait until the renovations are finished, as the gym and one of the pools were under renovation during my stay

IsraelAt the firs room it was very noisy, from the next door rooms. the pools was closed to service most of the time, and were a bit deserted . the beach is beautiful but i'm sorry to say it was very dirty, a lot of trash is flushed from the ocean, and i would expect it would get cleaned up more often. there is construction work in one part of the hotel, and it's near the spa, and really bothered the treatment , there was a lot of noise. they gave some discount for the last therapy because of that, but at some poit it was pretty impossible.
The location is quiet and beautiful. The staff is really nice and very helpful. I arrived at the hotel to a standard room. the room is beautiful and spacious but there was a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms. I asked to upgrade to a private villa, and for a fair price I moved to a very beautiful villa, where I had really quiet and private stay. I also enjoyed the private pool and excellent room service. You can order food to your room through an app. The spa is excellent. I had an excellent therapist, Tina, who I returned to several times.
