The stuff was not very polite the door of the room was not comfortable the water in the shower was not hot enough and the breakfast was very lame

We paid for sea view, however I would not recommend paying extra for this as you basically just have a view of the massage staff and their umbrellas!!! Bars are noisy so wouldn’t recommend if you are a light sleeper.

Room has everything we needed. Decor was simple and the room was clean. Had a convenience store right next door and a good choice of restaurants within walking distance.

Silver Sands is a short pickup truck taxi ride from the main pier. It's located right by the beach, which is a moderately busy beach, although we visited midweek. It may be busier at the weekend. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable and we had a seating area outside by the resort gardens. The bars and restaurants overlooking and on the beach were good. They can get busy as they are open for visitors from other resorts. I would be happy to stay at Silver Sands again.

One room key only which is tricky with two adults, and means aircon and charging ports don’t stay on when you leave the room. Staff weren’t rude, but they weren’t friendly. Room could have been cleaner (dusty, and floors)

The beach is excellent, great for swimming with lots of day beds and seating options. Location fantastic, everything you need right there without giving all inclusive resort vibes. 2km to the main town with a bus stop out the front. Rooms very spacious and private with a deck which was great for drying clothes. Breakfast options changed daily and good spread, new towels daily which was great

Pillows aren't quite comfortable to my liking. Towel also seems to have some distinct (but not a bad) smell. Breakfast seems quite standard and taste just fine.

The hotel is at the beach with all kind of services available. The common area is large and has the best view of the beaches with beachside chairs available. Food and drinks services are available throughout the day till midnight which are also taste good.

Nice location and good beach. Every day new set of towels and bottled water. Onsite shop was a bonus for some snacks and even medicines

Staff could smile a bit more. Evening music was intrusive and stopped us sleeping before midnight. However most of all, COMMUNICATIONS WERE AWFUL!! I tried contacting them by phone, WhatsApp, both email addresses and by Booking.com I received no reply whatsoever!!! All I wanted to ask was if they took card payments, critical when budgeting how much cash to bring….

Excellent location, with a lot of vibe, great atmosphere, right by the sea. Exactly as in the property photos. Easy access to public transport, convenience stores and restaurants.

It was okay. The facilities are nice. All clean and tidy, but the restaurant not as great. The staff not super attentive. The Thai food in the restaurant was very poor quality, foreign food was okay - can't complain. The food is pretty cheap, compared to other restaurants. Overall a pleasant stay - I would recommend, but restaurant service and food could be improved.

The breakfast was hit and miss. Some days it was great and others it was not. The pasta (yes, for breakfast) tasted like it was made with ketchup and sugar syrup which is awful. The music was loud at night even though we had a room further in the back of the property.

Loved the Location. Staff were friendly which I wasn’t expecting after reading the other reviews. The rooms were very comfortable and exactly like in the photos.
