The A/C in the room is quiet loud. Unfortunately, they were not able to reduce the sound. Also the bed was too soft for me and the pillows too hard. The sleep quality for me was a bit off because of this. Another thing is that the hotel is located on the right side of Phucket. Its close to the harbour and old town, but if you want to visit the beach, nightlife, restaurants, etc, prepare to spend 1h in the taxi every ride.

I loved the place. The hotel is located with a beautiful sea view. They have an own app where you can order all kinds of services like food, spa, buggy, etc. There is a restaurant located on the top with a beautiful view. The room is fully equipped.

It wasn't a problem for us as it added to the atmosphere, however it could be difficult for someone elderly or infirm as it was on a steep hill - but they did have buggies to assist

The minbar was included. Private pool was nice. Views were excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

- breakfast isn’t that great. No beacon (is it because they are catering for middle eastern clientele?), overcooked eggs, etc. - Some of the services are way overpriced for what it is such as massage. The offered extra services are just way way overpriced (over 4000 THB for a trip to Phi Phi island and one dive, could find the same with 3 dives by myself) - Villas are really on top of each others. Don’t expect privacy and quiet time… - far from anything if you don’t have your own means of transportation and traffic can be quite bad…

- Love the single villa style, private pools, outdoor bath and overall design and amenities. - Free soft drinks and snacks daily - comfy bedding - friendly staff - View is decent tho not amazing - very friendly staff

The spa charges seemed too expensive, especially considering the rates of the outside spas (almost 3-4 times expensive). Would have been great if it was a bit less expensive

After doing a lot of activities for 5 straight days, we wanted to relax and Sinae was ideal for that. The staff were very friendly. The food was great. The villas with the pools were nice and clean. Would recommend to anyone to visit here

There were frequent buggy rides required to get between the room and the lobby, which became inconvenient, especially since the service would stop entirely during rainy weather. The private swimming pool in the room was quite small—more like an oversized tub—making it unsuitable for adult swimming, though it was still enjoyable for children.

The experience was excellent with top-notch service throughout. I especially appreciated the convenience of managing everything through the mobile application, which was a new and seamless experience for me. It made the entire process more efficient and user-friendly. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive—going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Additionally, the breakfast selection was thoughtful, offering a variety of options that catered well to Muslim dietary needs, which I found very considerate and accommodating.
