Great hostel with good facilities & good location. Friendly staff.

The A/C gets turned off from morning until evening. You are made aware of this, but we found it to be a downside especially if you wanted to relax in your room or in the upstairs area during the day.

The shared room was huge with only 4 beds, which made it extremely comfortable. The shared bathrooms were very clean and the staff excellent.

I'm just nitpicking here but the mattresses felt too soft. The hostel had a shared lounge in the top floor but it was consistently empty.

    - good location, a few minutes away from the pier - lovely staff and owners - spacious female dorm with separate beds - bathroom/toilet inside the dorm - lockers with key - super clean - free bottle of water for check-in and check-out - I booked my ferry and snorkeling activity thanks to the staff.

    - the air conditioning is controlled by the staff that comes twice a day in the dorm to switch it on and off. I found that intrusive and also infantilizing not to let the remote in the dorm.

The rooms were comfortable. I booked a female dorm and there were only 4 beds. So nice to not have bunk beds. There was plenty of space in the room with a good bathroom area that had 2x toilets and a shower. Good location and friendly and helpful staff. The only downside is that everyone in my room became sick, so maybe a bug had gone around? Or perhaps the water wasn't very clean- the shower water had a bad smell so maybe we became ill from accidentally having water in our mouth from a shower.

good location near the pier and restaurants/bars. the dorm had single beds instead of bunk beds which was comfortable.

although they claimed to clean the rooms every day the quality of cleaning was quite poor. they also banged loudly on the door every morning to turn the air conditioning off.

We stayed in a 4 bed dorm. The room is quite big with two toilets. They clean everyday and it's always tidy ! They provide towels same as shampoo ! The staff is very friendly and always willing to help! Specially Nan who was super friendly with us!!!

The only thing they could improve are the matresses!

It’s close to the pier! Which means if you want more the party place it’s not for you. But you can easily walk. It’s so quiet, you can sleep well! The staff is so kind! Everything was clean. You have towel, soap, hot water etc… Depends how long you stay but they change towel and sheets.

The mattress ah ah usually I see people saying it’s too hard in Thailand. Here it was really too soft for me. I could feel the springs inside. But it’s for me, maybe not for you. We’re all different. There is a common area but it’s really not a social hostel. Our room was social))

The staff were lovely and super welcoming, the room was a good size and clean

Would have loved if the beds had a little more privacy. And there was no AC just a few fans so it got very hot in the room

The room is very spacious and comfortable. The shower and toilets were clean but some hangers could be added in the shower. The location is great if you look for a quiet place but still close to the main street by walk. The pillow was too big and hard so not convenient at all to sleep. That’s the only thing I say something about!

Staff are really nice. The room is clean and spacious, only 4 beds in a fairly large room with 2 toilets and a shower.

The most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on. You'll probably need a massage every morning after you sleep on it, so factor that into the price of the room. I didn't slept well for 3 nights. The air conditioning in the dorm only works between 6pm to 9am, so if you want to rest in the room during the afternoon, it's impossible in this Koh Tao heat. Apart from these 2 things, everything else is really fine!

The room was very spacious for 4 people and had 2 toilets and a shower. Beds were big and comfortable although a little squeaky. The staff is kind and helpful. They’re smiley and very willing to help. I felt taken care of during my stay. You can book snorkeling tours directly at the reception which was very convenient. The location is good, a short walk down to the pier with restaurants and cafes around. The beach can also be reached on foot in around 5-10min. The room is clean and I felt safe.

The room and bathroom could benefit from more hooks. It was a bit annoying to have to put my stuff on the floor when I was using the sink. Also someplace to hang wet bathing suits and towels would be great. I booked last minute and the price was higher than expected so if you’re coming in Jan/Feb book in advance.
