Beds are super noisy and not comfortable

The bungalow was amazing but best of all were the staff members, specifically lucky and tanya who were so beyond helpful and so amazing throughout. my friend had a broken leg and they gave us so much support and were constantly smiley and joyful. Definitely would not have been the same without them.

The staff were so nice and the vibe is absolutely unmatched ! I would recommend staying here to everyone . Always something going on and something to do and the best chilled spot in koh tao . Goes quiet after 10 so you can also rest . Our private bungalow was right on the beach and we saw the most amazing sunsets everyday

Shower water pressure but what can you expect from a bungalow on the beach hey

Jan and Henry were such great reps, made the stay amazing. Great location on the beach and the dorms are pretty comfortable

Located at a super useful spot where it’s easy to access the beach as well as nearby shops and restaurants. However still quiet on the night which was good

The placement of the shower was right next to the toilet which made it a bit awkward as there wasn’t much room to shower without soaking the bathroom and everything in it

Perfect location right on Sairee beach which was beautiful. Plenty of shops and restaurants all in walking distance no need to rent a bike.

Location is all that is good about this place. Stayed 3 nights and paid just under £400 for the private chalet. Dunno whether it’s because of the time of year we went or what but we paid the same to stay in a 4 star hotel in Koh Samui for a week. Asked for fresh bathroom towels at reception and was offered to have our room cleaned instead, and fresh towels would be left, but to our surprise our room wasn’t cleaned and no fresh towels. No mini fridge, no TV, no water given and no kettle.

The staffs at the reception were the most unfriendly and arrogant in whole Thailand. I couldn't figure out why they always behaved and looked so annoyed and arrogant! Room, bed, facilities were comfortable and pleasant. Staffs' attitude ruined the impression.

The location.

The check-in is supposed to be at 14:00 but the bed got ready at 16:00.

Rooms were tidy and well furnished, staff and reps were brilliants, location is central to Sairee beach and bar is right on the beach

Good vibes, nice reps, good location and right amount of party. Ended up coming back after booking somewhere else for a couple days.

The beds don’t have curtains but it’s meant to be a slumber party aye

Would defo recommend this place to groups of friends or even solo travellers. I came with friends and everyone there was so sociable and friendly, it was really easy to make friends with people. We had a shared room and a private room and both were really lovely to stay in. All the staff were really nice as well, they were all so welcoming. The reps were so good and keeping everyone lively and entertained, especially Tilly, she was so much fun and such a lovely girl to be around. There was events on every night at the hostel and they had a WhatsApp you could join so you could be up to date with it, this was really useful. Thank you for our stay we really enjoyed it xx

fab location and the bungalows are a perfect compromise if you want to meet people but have a bit of privacy!

nothing bad to say but can imagine it may be loud some evenings but this is expected it’s a party hostel
