Nothing ! My first choice hotel for a holiday or simply few days rest.

Staff and mgt are exceptional - nothing too much trouble and always friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with nice views of garden and sea. Breakfast was very varied in its range to suit everyone and is the best I have had at any hotel. You will not be disappointed.

The grounds are very spread out with rooms spread over 3 floors. There are no lifts with two flights of stairs per level. If you have mobility issues this may be a problem.

Centara is perfectly located on the beach. Close to many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Breakfast is amazing with many food options. Two pool options with many sunbeds. Rooms are very clean with comfortable. Staff are very accommodating special thanks to Miss Aor for make my our stay all the better.

This is one if the oldest hotels in Thailand which is very charming. But it also means some modern facilities aren't there, like elevators, and you'll have to shower in the bathtub which I don't really like and can be difficult for elderly people.

Location is very good, close to everything and and directly at the beach. Classic charming building and beautiful gardens and swimming pool. Very friendly staff and good (but not cheap) breakfast. All in all a fantastic hotel.

The TVs need to be replaced by smart TVs. They are flat screens but not Smart TVs. Very old Flat screens. No apps like Netflix installed so that you can login with your account. In my first room i was not able to connect my Laptop with an HDMI cable because it was an old LG TV. After a trip for which we checked out the hotel we booked the centara again when we came back, in the new room was a Samsung TV and i was able to connect my laptop to whatch Netflix. TV channels are not usable if you are not Thai. That's a bit a pitty. Another thing is that there are no elevators. But it's a historic building so it's understandable in this case. I think it used to be a railway station in the past. It is a very charming builiding. Anyway if you are not a "Karen" you will not regret it, if you booked this hotel if you want to go to Hua Hin. I have been in a lot of hotels in Thailand. That's a lovely one.

Breakfast is very good. Location is great near to the city centre and right at the beach. The rooms are very nice. The bath rooms are fine too but could be renovated but it's really a good and nice bath room. Staff is top. Friendly and helpful. the food at the restaurant is top quality. Cocktails are suoer tasty too. The Garden is super pretty and maintained. All in all the whole hotel is very charming and very well maintained. I can recommend the Centara Hua Hin and I would book it again if I return to Hua Hin.

I would only recommend that they upgrade the baths to showers... you can shower in the bath, but a more modern shower set up would be great. The gym is a bit small, would have loved small studio space for yoga but I did manage inthe current gym:-)

The bathroom needed some work. the tap leaked, the toilet ran. Nothing major but I expect it will be undergoing renovation soon as one of the wings is closed for renovation.

This is a historic property with large well groomed grounds on the beach. The history of the building is apparent throughout. The room is large with a lovely terrace. The breakfast was good value with a lot of options. The elephant bar had excellent cocktails and entertainment. The pools are great.

I have a walking difficulty and stairs create a problem sometimes. Many of the stairs don’t have handrails, which means I can’t use them. There are “ramps” but not really enough. I could manage, but a more infirm person may not.

The beautiful colonial style of the hotel is wonderful. The staff are great, and the location is perfect for my needs.

There is currently renovation of the garden wing going on. This didn’t really spoil our visit, but it did mean that we couldn’t use the Garden Pool, which I really love. The renovations are due to be completed by the end of 2025 in that wing.

Grand colonial hotel situated on the beachfront of Hua Hin with easy walking distance of the town. Beautiful topiary gardens and several good restaurants and bars. Outstanding service from professional, friendly staff. Fabulous innovative cocktails in the Elephant Bar whilst listening to music - a perfect evening activity.

Very comfortable, close to the market and there are cheap Thai restaurants around the hotel, the view from the hotel is also very beautiful, close to the beach too. The hotel staffs are very lovely, everyone is polite and always smiling, I received good service from everyone.

Remove the ++ on the prices put the price you will pay on the menu not add the tax and service charge on after, its really annoying
