Lots of children’s toys in the rooms were a little creepy! Bed is extremely hard, rock solid, honestly felt like the floor.

Very clean, large rooms. The owners are extremely friendly, picked us up and dropped us to the port, arranged taxis for us from beaches and have great recommendations. The hotel is a short 10 minute flat walk out of the centre/ restaurants and port.

Nothing, it was perfect. The beds are very firm, which I really liked as it felt supportive, but some people may find too hard.

The family running this place are some of the kindest and sweetest people you will ever meet. The room was very clean and regularly turned over. Excellent value accomodation. AC works well.

Door did not lock from inside - just a chain latch. Outside was a flimsy small lock so please think about your high value items. You need to motorcycle to navigate the island.

Good customer service from owners (Husband, wife and son) clean room and great price value. Got a pick up and drop off at Naban pier. Was able to rent a motorcycle at the place. Small grocery shops with water, drinks and package supplies next door. Couple of places to eat within walking distance including a coffee place

All was great

I stayed 10 days and I really enjoyed. I assume that if you are visiting Koh Larn, you are renting a scooter, or you like to walk. This place is very well located. It's close to the Samae beach and Nabaan Pier. Also to the food market and all the needed facilities are around the corner. The owner and his family are very nice, polite people and speak english fluently. They'll help you with everything and pick you up from the pier. Rooms are nice and clean. Air condition works perfectly. There is a terrace near the room, to smoke, to eat or just to sit and relax. I really recommend! Will definitely come back.

The owners are such a nice couple! So so so nice, they always asked me if i needed anything. I also rented the motorbike there for the best price in the island really and guess what? the gasoline Was included in the price! I was so surprised!!! Pick up and drop off from/ to the pier was included too 😝🥹😀 Thanks a lot

Room and location were excellent, the owners gave us a lift to and from the port, they were so kind and generous. We rented a scooter from them too and they were very helpful with everything. Amazing place to stay on the island!

Bear in mind that there's near constant street noise - bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

The hosts were beyond lovely, easy communication, always there for help, free pick up from the ferry. Location was good, 10 minute walk into town, 20 minute walk to beaches (you can rent a scooter if you want). Every room has a table outside to sit and eat.

The room had everything I could have needed. Even if it's close to the road, once the door closed, I could not hear it. The owners are absolutely lovely, I really enjoyed my stay!

Everything just excellent

This is an absolutely fabulous place. Extremely clean, peaceful and yet like a 15 mins walk to the beach, restaurant although you also have free pick ups. And the owners even pick you up at the chosen pier and drop you back off, so charming and helpful. I would recommend it 100%🌈😎🌈
