The bathroom in the room had no sound or smell proofing.

We were in a hurry and maybe we did not appreciate it very well, but breakfast did not seem particularly special.

Excellent hotel! Staff are very kind and always ready to offer help The room was very spacious, and the shower and the bathroom were big and convenient. The bed was very comfortable, and AC was quiet and not blowing the cold wind over my head.

Nothing to complain about. There was some local construction going on that was out of the hotels control. But, we were informed of this on check-in although we wouldn't have noticed it if not informed.

Our second visit to this hotel. But, not our last. Walking distance to several temples, dozens of restaurants and a stones throw away from the famous Chiang Rai Clock Tower. The staff are eager to help but never intrusive. They organised transport back and forth to the airport for us also let us know in advance of local events like the weekend "Walking Street Weekend Market", not to be missed if you are there over the weekend. We are already looking forward to returning.

Watery floor because of watery plants. I felt down because of watery floor near front of restaurant. Pain in my waist and right ankle foot. Ms. Lam helped and offered me to doctor and hospital but I should fly to Bangkok in 2 hours. I got compensation airport dropped from hotel. Hope the Sooknirund ensures about the water on the lower floor whenever watering plant on the top. Fyi, I went to Chiang Rai for my birthday holiday.

I do like: Room: on 2nd fl. Clean and comfort with clock theme. Breakfast: no buffet, just main menu, drinking and fruit which should be ordered H-1. Location: strategy, near famous Clock tower, market and some food stalls Parking: large Circumstances: has plants and little park in corridor area. Cozy and calm. Photospot: the Sooknirund provides some room to design as photo spots, has large swing in the park and nice motorcycle Staffs: helpful and friendly

I can only think of one thing which they ran out of coffee capsules for their coffee machine by the lobby.

The hotel design is beautiful, and it is perfectly located in the heart of Chiang Rai near the Clock Tower. The staff were super friendly. The room was very comfortable.

the only thing I did not enjoy as much was their breakfast system where you have to preorder the breakfast the day before, the food was good, but there aren't lots of info regarding it

The entire hotel was exceptionally good. The decor, garden sit out areas, The Lobby was beautiful. Breakfast was great. There was a wide choice to select. Room was very cozy. We had a wonderful stay. Night markets and restaurants were at a walking distance. The hotel is just opposite the landmark clock tower which is beautifully lit up. Lastly the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

There was confusion before I arrived where I was asked to pay for accommodation a second time - seemed a bit sus - I am still not sure what actually happened. But it did get sorted and I didn't have to pay a second time. Our room looked straight into the back of another building - the curtains were closed when we checked in and we just left them that way.

Good location - walking distance to night market and right by the clock tower for the light show. Included A La Cart Breakfast was nice.

This very beautiful boutique hotel is right in the heart of Chiang Rai, right on the main square with the clock tower. That being said, it's also completely quiet, so no traffic noise. The courtyard is so beautiful, with lovely trees that spread an amazing floral smell all around the hotel. The rooms are large and modern, very comfy. Staff are absolutely amazing, very helpful and attentive.
