- windows can not be opened and they are covered with wood - entrance is always through the restaurant. walking by people eating is kinda strange - very noisy because of the music in the restaurant

Unfortunately, the private rooms are sided to the busy street. When I arrived, I tried taking a nap but that was impossible. I could hear everything, as if I was sleeping on the sidewalk. Checked out and chose to stay in a nearby hotel.

Clean (at least in the private room) and modern hostel. Right in the city center close to everything! Great staff! Love the bar area downstairs too.

It's a very cool hostel, located above a bar. So if you want to have food or drinks, you just need to go down the stairs. The people were amazing. One night there was a live performance and afterwards the staff kicked off caraokee, which was a lot of fun. The staff also was very helpful with getting around and renting motorbikes. Also, there is an area with free snacks and coffee, I loved that. The rooms have a cool style, and are clean and big enough for 2 people. We even had a balcony but we did not use it, because the bar downstairs and the night market around the corner were much more fun. I would definitely go there again.

No sound insulation, you will hear so much traffic noise from the outside busy street - it felt like sleeping in the middle of the street (I had a private room, I believe the dorm rooms might be better as they are not facing that busy street). Also, the windows in the room cannot be opened (I was told it is due to safety measures), and since they are full wood, it means there hardly is little natural light coming in.

The staff is welcoming, the design of the place is very modern, the restaurant downstairs is a great dinner option.

Not sure if they were doing renovations on dorms, but I felt like there were not any other guests at hostel. Did not run into anyone in the social areas. Showers did not properly drain which caused flooding and cleanliness issues, but it did not feel "too unclean to use" just had to shower quickly to avoid flooding bathroom/standing water at feet.

Staff was super sweet, very accommodating. The location is extremely convinient to night bizaar and lots of good food within walking distance. Beds were comfy, and bottled water, coffee was provided complimentary. Netflix was provided in the private room. Laundry machines worked great, and detergent and softener provided. Some things could use repair/were renovated cheaply but overall clean and comfortable space.

We stayed in room 3 which apparently was next to the kitchen and you could hear anything. There was no isolation from the noises outside the room and you can hear in the night all noise coming from the restaurant. Then the toilet in the ground floor could be used from guests and also from the restaurant guests. And the vleanliness could be something to be improved in the common spaces. But in overall it was good.And still to be recommended.

The location was definitely very convenient, in the heart of the city, next to the night market, bus terminal, all massage places, cafes,etc. It has a laundry that you can use for 40BHT and another 40BHT to dry your clothes. The room has a nice design and the mattress was also nice. The lady owns it, she always smiling and friendly and also the personal working in the cafe/restaurant which is part of the hostel.

Our room had a sort of open window/ balcony. Busy street below so you could hear it very loudly. Didn't effect us and would 100% stay again but just something to be aware of as it was quite noisy!

Really modern hostel, lovely helpful staff who helped us book travek to Laos and rent scooters! The rooms were so modern and spacious. Had a lovely little chill area with free tea and coffee. Super central location, few minute walk to the Night Bazar

The hostel is on a main road so the rooms are noisy, but it was manageable using earplugs.

If you are looking for a place to rest, perhaps it is not the best choice as the noise from the restaurant in the evening can be heard from the rooms.

The place is very modern, clean and centrally located right next to the evening market and the bus station. The staff is nice, their wifi is stable and the restaurant had live music one evening during our stay, which we enjoyed a lot together with a nice cocktail!

The floor to ceiling window from the bar into our room, music from 8am to past midnight made sleeping difficult.

Room was clean and had good facilities, free water coffee hot chocolate, washing detergent and softener provided, 80baht to wash and dry your clothes.

A couple of small issues - the windows in the bedroom that face the corridor have the most pointless blinds that don't keep any light out. As we couldn't turn off the light in the corridor the room was essentially bright all night. Also the noise from the street outside can be loud at times but that can be expected for such a central location. We had no issues with the noise from the restaurant/bar downstairs as the music always finished at a reasonable time.

The girls at reception were very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was big, spacious and modern as were the showers and bathroom. Free glass bottles of water in the fridge was an added bonus. Location was excellent.

Rooms are very noisy, windows are basically like paper. With earplugs I had no problem but my friend didn't sleep well.

Lovey staff, very helpful and friendly. Great value for the double rooms, conformable beds. Generally very clean. Some spots a bit old or worn out already but I guess that's normal. Scooter rental without problems. Great coffee 😉

I stayed in a private room for three nights. The location was excellent, just steps from major attractions, and the room was clean and cozy. The staff were friendly, though not very fluent in English. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get proper rest during my stay. There was loud live music all three nights—on the first night within the hostel and on the following nights from the wine bar next door. The music even played during the day on the last two days, including siesta hours. The poor soundproofing made it worse, as the floors vibrated when the music played. While it’s a great option if you only need a place to sleep late at night, it’s not suitable if you’re looking for somewhere quiet to rest between activities.

Absolutely loved Spinomad. The room was bright and spacious, and it clearly has been renovated recently. The room and the hostel were really clean, and the downstairs wine bar had an awesome atmosphere with great food
