The hotel has no Bar facilities inside the hotel So if you want a drink either near the pool or in your room you cannot do this The breakfast is served in a restaurant outside the hotel The breakfast however is very good

No kids club. There was a kids play area that was not staffed. We didn’t like the family room as it had no balcony and everyone at the pool could see straight in if the curtains were open. Staff were fantastic at facilitating a room change when available. No pool bar, not many pool lounges.

The property was really conveniently located, a short walk from the beach, restaurants, 7/11, massage etc. The staff were welcoming and helpful, particularly Bella who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Small gym was air-conditioned which was lovely. Not very big or varied but enough to get by. Breakfast was lovely with special mention to Sud who was consistently friendly and attentive. Small pool was mostly clean with daily cold treats served over lunch which was a lovely and much appreciated touch!

The property is located really close to the beach and shops. It was sheltered and well away from the hustle and bustle so no issues with relaxing by the pool. Also really great block out blinds in the rooms. The team were really helpful, especially arranging neighboring rooms for the whole family - and also extending our stay when we had a plane delay. All the ladies at the desk were extremely kind including Ice and Bella. Thanks again for your help in quickly extending our stay .

Mosquitoes everywhere in the room and in the hallways. There are gaps in the pool front sliding doors which let in so many mosquitoes. I had to sleep with repellant all over my body. I even had to relayer it during the night on one of the nights.

Breakfast was great at the restaurant out front. Central location in Kata was also great.

The room was a little dark and wet because of sun didn’t come to the bottom floor . Same of electricity didn’t work, but beds were really comfortable. Some maintenance needed in a few areas T.V quite complicated to operate ( no big problem as I was out all the time) Pool area quite small and always seemed to be in the shade. Bathroom didn’t have complete privacy as there was a huge window from the bathroom to the bedroom with an opaque blind so with lights on anyone else in the room could see into the bathroom.

Hid away down a little side street so away from the main hustle of the main road but easy to get to everything, The room was small but very comfortable and clean , Had an issue with the shower on day 1 and the maintenance team attended immediately and fixed it The staff were exceptional, polite, efficient , courteous , really helpful and spoke excellent English A very short walk to the nearby excellent beach , all in all a very good stay

We ordered room service and it took over an hour so we just cancelled it, we had to call to ask what was happening and we were told it was very busy so we just cancelled it. The decor in the room was quite dark but I think that is the style of a boutique hotel.

Only down side to the hotel is the pool area is shaded a lot throughout the day so if you want to sunbathe you are best off walking to the beach.

Great location within walking distance to the beach front. The hotel is right in the middle of all the atmosphere on kata beach but set back enough so it wasn’t noisy from the road / bars. The pool and hot tub was really nice, always clean and comfortable. We had a really spacious room, loads of storage space, nice sized bathroom with shower cubical and bath. Housekeeping was always done and the room was always made lovely and smelling nice for when we arrived back.

We had a swim up Room which was a nice surprise . The room itself was a little dark feel needs some additional lighting in the hall way area . The room itself I feel looked a little tired and needed some modernisation decor etc . The bathroom was very cramped and needed an overhaul and decor . But just my personal thought’s . Breakfast room area so Small and needs to be expanded to accommodate volume of guests .
