Everything. Spectacularly well maintained, clean, comfortable best shower I've had in Thailand both hot water and good water pressure - and better still, a great bath!!!!!

Location, without transportation difficult to get to. To get out of is almost twice as expensive because you are basically trapped. The place is nice but needs alot of TLC to make it great. It's over 10 years old and it shows.

Accommodation is very high standard. Food is the best in the area. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Pool villas are great value for money. Can’t fault anything.

We liked it but for people who are seeking nightlife and a busy location I wouldn't recommend it. So it's definitely nothing negative, just to inform future travellers 😊

Wonderful resort for a quiet vacation with private beach access. We stayed in the private pool villa and we're amazed by everything: the villa and the pool were quite spacious, the beach and the water were clean. Also the stuff was very friendly and quite helpful with every thing. We will definitely return.

One day, towels and bottles of water are left outside the room only, without making up. The hot water knob is hot, and can hurt.

Silent location, just beside the private beach. Yet can drive to nearby seaside restaurants in 15 minutes, of course, need to be driving.

The rooms are extremely comfortable, the food is delicious, and the staff are very professional and friendly. I also like the two for one cocktails at happy hour. I have stayed here twice now, and will stay again.

Facilities are great and modern, room is pleasant. What's irritating is the location. The resort was practically empty and so are the others around. Getting into town is also expensive as you have to pay a tuk tuk (who is super nice though and made our 10 year olds holiday by letting him have a turn)

The mattress on the bed was horribly flat and seemed totally gone. Definitely not the quality you would expect from such an expensive room. Older Airco , kind of stuck in a pretty loud fan noise, did work (cool) , but the sound....whatever we tried. We had a Garden Cottage, but you could not walk through the garden to the beach, had to walk around the area to get to the sea. Already hard to find the hotel at daylight, the property is almost impossible to find in the evening / night. Google maps runs into problems of not existing routes. After dark you can never ever see the hotel signs next to the road. Why no sign lighted with a solar lamp? There is no restaurant (except for the hotel) in the near neighbourhood, you really need transport for at least 4-5 km to get to something where you can have dinner.

We had a Garden Cottage. Staff is very nice and helpful. Garden cottage (clean !) itself also really nice idea with how the room is designed, nice bathroom with separate shower and bath. Good water streams. Good door lock and proper safety box. Good wifi. It's a nice location at the beach, but far away from other hotels and restaurants. The visit was to find a new property to stay a couple of times a year, but we are not going to stay here again, see reasoning below.

I look for cleanliness, a good bed, privacy, and a decent value in an accomodationThe mattresses are old and worn out. They needed replacement a long time ago. I have stayed a few times in different bungalows and all the beds are in poor condition. The finish on the furniture is worn and needs touching up. I won't stay again until the mattresses are replaced.

Privileged location on an uncrowded beautiful beach. Private bungalows and villas. Very clean pool.

Mattress

I have stayed here ~5 times and the location and staff are great. The common areas are well maintained but the room interiors are beginning to show wear. The furnishings are chipped and the mattress was in poor condition. Replacing the worn mattresses would be a big improvement.

Unable to sit but the sea in the restaurant. Staff said it was because those seats were under maintenance but looked to me like they just didn't want to clean them. Very little English spoken by staff.

Amazing views. Lovely private cottage with amazing views. Free ice cream and popcorn, good happy hour on cocktails.
