Lack of cushions for presidential suite and kettle not working on second day … no milk or tea & coffee supplies. Usually , a hotel of this calibre would provide all the above items with complementary cookies& milk in fridge.

Hotel is above restaurants and shopping mall ( although outdated in comparison to the new central plaza) - pool &massage and spa available… with night market at hotel car park.

The room was fantastic also was suitable for my wheelchair as I am disabled ,the hotel was in a prime location and was clean ,staff was pleasant and polite . It was situated beside a 5 floor shopping mall and outside near the car park was a large Thai night market which was every night . I didn’t have the breakfast in the hotel but had a meal which was really nice so I would say the breakfast would be more than good !

Rooms were spacious and clean. Easy to control aircon. Markets , supermarket, food court and shops just beneath the hotel. Kfc lovers - its right next door!

The breakfast was a little disappointing. I pot of coffee and 1 pot of tea. Even though these were always topped up. You almost always in smaller establishments have a better quality and choice of tea and coffee. Also the chair covers at breakfast were grubby and dirty. Considering the rest of the hotel ,this did let them down.

Reception was efficient and very helpful . The room was ok. The shopping plaza and cinema were a pleasant suprise.

The wifi had to be re-connected every day and sometimes I had to wait an hour to be re-connected, but this is just a minor thing to me.

I have stayed in 3 hotels during my visit to Thailand, Sunee was by far the best! The staff was amazing, super kind and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, the swimming pool was beautiful, the hotel was directly connected with a big shopping center, in front of the hotel is the famous food market, and our room was like a small appartment with a giant double bed. When it comes to price/quality this hotel is simply unbeatable!

Nothing, as when I had a slight problem, the staff all jumped on it and was sorted in minutes. Can't fault this hotel for anything.

Great spacious rooms, pool is big and hotel is kept clean. Downstairs is a modern supermarket, KFC over the road. Really good hotel, and I would only stop there from now on.

Bed was typical firm Thai bed.

The ladies at the restaurant downstairs were very attentive and very nice. Having all of the shopping in the mall without needing to leave the hotel was so convenient. And the price was very reasonable. Would stay again and would highly recommend it.
