The location is not good if you dont have the bike licence, youre looking at 250 baht + 20mins to the town in a car. The gym is also pathetically small, so its not worth it if your goal is to exercise.

The facilities were great. There are some nice resteraunts nearby, the Japanese was really good. The pool is nice and appears to be maintained well.

The only issue I had was that the location was so so far from all the main activities and stuff to do in Phuket- it was a thirty minute grab to Patong or old town for example

The wifi: not very strong (not enough for managing a training from the hotel) and I needed to reconnect every time I switched off the computer. The breakfast was OK, but not 5-star (limited choice of fruits, limited choice of cereals, no yogurt)

No sound-proofing means you can hear all the noise of the people in the pool. There was a massive (30+ children) group jumping in the pool at 7am. When we asked the staff they didn't do anything about it. The food is okay but nothing special.

This is a nice close location to the marina for tours. It was great for us. Amazing looking hotel, built apparently in 2007 but had old world designs. The bathrooms are epic. It's a little noisy because of traffic so when you book get the rooms away from the main road. There is also a hospital down the road so you hear the ambulances.

Location directly next to the road - really loud traffic heard in the room sometimes even at night. Aircon had problems two times during pur stay. They mended the problem fast.

The location of the hotel is not ideal, not the kind of place where you can walk around and explore. Also, there weren't any facilities around either

The only thing we’d mention is the location, unless we missed something we walked for a while to get to the marina and most places were closed and it was really quiet! But it’s amazing for a relaxing stay

The swim up room was stunning! We had just come through old town Phuket and wanted to stay here for a few nights to relax and it was so relaxing! The breakfast was nice too, we slept so well here!
