The facilities were great. There are some nice resteraunts nearby, the Japanese was really good. The pool is nice and appears to be maintained well.

The location is not good if you dont have the bike licence, youre looking at 250 baht + 20mins to the town in a car. The gym is also pathetically small, so its not worth it if your goal is to exercise.

I loved the pool and everything about the pool and room was Super comfortable and overall a great experience

The only issue I had was that the location was so so far from all the main activities and stuff to do in Phuket- it was a thirty minute grab to Patong or old town for example

Our stay at this location was quite disappointing. The accommodations were extremely small, AC was bad and there were numerous lizards present throughout the premises. Additionally, the pool was very small and not as expected. The manager was frequently absent, and the staff struggled with English, making communication difficult 5 star can’t be for this hotel maximum 3 star

Rooms were nice. Everything had a aesthetic vibe to it.

Bathroom fittings were bit old and clanky, our sink was broken. AC didn't have good cooling.

The wifi: not very strong (not enough for managing a training from the hotel) and I needed to reconnect every time I switched off the computer. The breakfast was OK, but not 5-star (limited choice of fruits, limited choice of cereals, no yogurt)

The staff was very polite friendly and helpful.

The room was quite outdated with no drawers. The lighting of the room was so bad and it wasn't worth to stay at that price.

I came for 2 nights only and it was good value for money. The pool is amazing!

Very far from any attractions. Breakfast was always cold, I think they should implement burners under the buffet.

At the first night I asked for pillow and the asked us money for it Un believable😐 and I didnt see a smile during those days

The pool is amazing! Really big and very clean! The room was also nice, the air con worked well.

No sound-proofing means you can hear all the noise of the people in the pool. There was a massive (30+ children) group jumping in the pool at 7am. When we asked the staff they didn't do anything about it. The food is okay but nothing special.

Good value,clean , big rooms with pool view & so quiete and after 12 pm tranquality.You can rest well and sleep well after long tring day of trourist attractions

Fabulous hotel, staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Amazing breakfast each morning. Food in the evening was delicious too.

This is a nice close location to the marina for tours. It was great for us. Amazing looking hotel, built apparently in 2007 but had old world designs. The bathrooms are epic. It's a little noisy because of traffic so when you book get the rooms away from the main road. There is also a hospital down the road so you hear the ambulances.
