1. During my stay the elvator was not working. Everytime i'm coming back from the pool, Im using the ramp from 5th to 2nd floor. I was so scared that i'll slip. 2. The breakfast was limited. The food was good, but very few options. 3. There were no soundproofing in the place, i think i could hear people talking from the other room and from the first floor.

The place is in a nice area if you want to be near the beach, but dont want to be in the crowded area like the main beaches. The rooms with sea view are really great, the shower window was an amazing add on. My favorite place was the balcony facing the sea and the rooftop pool. The view was priceless. Surin beach was not crowded and peacful.

The hotel is in a very nice location, really close to two truly beautiful beaches. It was overall a great choice for us having the advantage of discovering nice spots and restaurants not so far from the hotel. The only downside of the whole experience was that the hotel was not in the shape that the pictures portray. Cleanliness 6/10, a lot of worn out objects, linen had marks, floor was a bit greasy, faucets full of limescale. Comfort 6/10, noisy AC, you can hear the sound from the external units that are just nearby the entrance door of the room, and in the night you can struggle to fall asleep with all the noise coming from them. The blinds from the shower are made of wood and are poor insulation of noise from outside (sure you can hear the beautiful waves, but if you catch a stormy night with thunders, good luck falling asleep) Overall the hotel is ok for not so pretentious people but minding the price for sure it's not a 4 star treatment and it's really up to everyone to make the balance. Shortly, don't expect much, and if you are sensitive to some aspects regarding how comfortable you can be in a hotel that has seen better days, look somewhere else. Staff was really helpful and friendly.

The air conditioner in the room was moldy which gave both of us cough and flu and breathing problems. Also the room was a little outdated and dirty, we asked the staff to clean our terrace windows because they were super dirty, I ended up cleaning them myself because the so called cleaning was few wipes with water. When you asked your room to be cleaned everything else was cleaned properly, only sheets were not changed and ours had few stains and holes. It’s easy to access the restaurants by the beach but after 21 when they close the gates it’s harder and we had to take taxis or walk on a very busy road in the dark.

The views from the rooms are amazing and the pool is very nice. Few steps and you’re on the Surin beach so it was perfect! Good breakfast but nothing special. Also you can walk to beautiful laem sing beach from the hotel and it takes about 15min. Staff was very helpful and around 24/7 so if there was anything bothering us we were able to contact them any time of day. You can loan towels to the beach and pool which was nice.

Amazing views which is the reason we booked this hotel, good access to the beach although lots of steps so not good for everyone. The hotel itself was a little tired and needs some TLC but we were only there for 2 nights so didn’t bother us, I would have been disappointed if staying longer. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Surin town down the side of a busy road!

The highlight of my stay was the gorgeous view and easy access to the beach. Staff were friendly and there always seemed to be someone at the front desk to help. Other than that the building/room itself was disappointing as both are definitely in need of an update, particularly the bathrooms. Everything just seems old and not well maintained. The bathroom door didn’t offer much privacy because it didn’t fully close and was made with slated wood. The plug in the bathroom sink was broken and the shower heads were ancient. At one point water was coming out of all three when I tried to change the flow. If you’re not planning to hire a bike or some form of transportation it’s not safe to walk along the road to town. We ended up walking down along the beach as this was a safer option and, while it was pleasant, it was inconvenient at times and led to us often tracking sand back into the room. It would be handy to have rugs in the room to help with this. I could be wrong but I think the restaurant may only serve breakfast as well, so bare that I’m mind. Also if you’re wanting to stay somewhere with a gym this place is not it. Several of the machines weren’t functional and the rest were super old.

Steep steps to beach and access gate is locked at 9pm. Walking on the toad to the front of the hotel is not so pleasant. Breakfast room has no windows so a bit dingy.

Checking in at the hotel was a breeze! The staff greeted me warmly and were more than happy to assist with any questions I had. I was lucky to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a lovely surprise. The hotel also offers easy access to Surin Beach, and there's a lovely little trail that leads to Haad Laem Sing Beach. Both spots offer breathtaking views. My room had an incredible view of the ocean and Surin Beach. It was spacious and filled with natural light, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery.

The hotel is generally a bit old and could do with a refurbishment. Doors don't close properly, the bathroom window faces the beach and has no mosquito net but to get some sort of light on the bathroom you'll need to open the windows.

The hotel is right next to the beach. You wake up to a lovely beach view and there are stairs that bring you down to the beach directly from the lobby

The cleaning even though at a pricy resort and suite, is a far cry from northern european standard, but after a month in Thailand, it was above average.

The suite with the pool and view was absolutely stunning. The common area pool up top was also nice. The ability to just walk down a few steps to reach Surin Beach & a cozy restaurant next to the water was perfect.

For this price, you can already complain about the details. The windows were not washed, the curtains were dirty, the pool was not cleaned and could use some repair.
