Everything as i had been here twice before. Thank you for allowing me to stay at your awesome condo and for the prompt communication with each stay. I would definitely come back should i stay in this area again. Very clean and tidy and spacious condo. TV and speakers were great with netflix and smart tv connection. Wifi was perfect and fast. The location is residential with many locals using motorcycles but i never found it a problem and the area was very quiet. 7-11 on the doorstep and plenty of places to eat.

The host is very kind Everything is great, there are many amenities under the apartment. Quiet space, spacious room. I came to Thailand to go to a concert and the hotel was extremely close to the IPACT ARENA area, walking or taking a grab was extremely close

Everything is absolutely good except for the small coackroaches issue but i think it's common in apartment houses.

It's very clean and tidy, have cool bluetooth light where u can connect to your spotify, near to 7e mart and Impact Arena where i watch the concert!

A few roaches appeared from the drains of the sink, however this was managed when we sprayed bug spray down the drains. I guess this could not be helped as the condo itself is in a concrete jungle of condos. So anyone one of the others could be the reason for this. The location was a little sketchy. A lot of stray soi dogs in this area - but then again Bangkok has a population of over 300,000 soi dogs. And far too many bikes. Just a sea of bikes everywhere and makes breathing for breathing in polluted air.

Very friendly and a warm welcoming from the owner and cleaners who went above and beyond to resolve any issues incurred. Everything about this condo was nice and modern. Bluetooth lights, modern TV that has Netflix Close to 7-eleven and reasonable close to airport which will cost around 200 baht using Bolt app.

Its really perfect property. With all the facilities in place..like Microwave, Electric Kettle etc... Exactly same as show in photos. Owner is super cool and very helpful. Convenient stores like 7 Elevan is in the premises, lot of food options if you love Thai street food.

Exactly the same as in the advertised photos. Clean and tidy place. House keeping every 3 days. Owner great communication and pleasant. Local shops and restaurants are great.

The property is beautiful, spacious, clean, fully-equipped, and the hosts are super friendly. It’s near IMPACT, just a few minutes walk. 7/11 is just downstair. There is place for laundry in the first floor.

Air condition didn't work properly and at middle of night, water started to drop out of it and makes your bed and matress wet, and after that you won't be able to sleep. Kitchen has no facilities atleast to cook any simple food. If you are liker of spicy Thai foods, lots of cafes around but not that hygienic. Shower so smaller, you won't be able to fit inside it. The water pressure in shower was very poor, it takes an hour to shower. It was far from Don Mueang Airport as well.

I know Asia has bugs and I wasn't that creeped out, but this apartment (as nice as it was) was teaming with little cockroaches and some other kind of bug. I suspect that the building is regularly fumigated and this was a resurgence of bugs ,due to their size. We were just surprised at their high rating. My husband thought he booked a hotel but it was an apartment in building that looked a bit like a prison...

The actual apartment was very nice. It looked clean and the bed was comfortable.The staff that met us was very nice and helpful.

Less parking possibilities. Walls very thin and you can hear your neighbour. Apartment is in a multi level housing area with a lot of people around.

Clean cozy apartment quite small but for a night okay. AC cold, WiFi working..... what more.

This building is old and its toilet is small. In the hot weather, it takes time to walk to Cosmo food court.

Like staying at home. There is 7/11 store nearby.
