I highly recommend staying at the Tabletop Tavern if you're in Pai. Gummy and Fern felt more like friends that hosts, they were very caring and helpful. They always made sure I got everything I needed. They're very sweet and I suggest you stay at their place if you're looking for a more chill and restful location in Pai:)

This is a really great place and Gummy is a great host. Beside taking care of the accommodation Gummy also takes care of a café downstairs, explains board games to the little kids which is really cute. Also had a nice chat with Gummy. The place has all you need, it’s clean and fairly new and with a 10 minutes walk you are in town. Go there, you’ll enjoy for sure!

Everything is so perfect in this nice cozy home. First Gummy , your host, is just amazing! Friendly, welcoming, easy going. The room is clean, a good dimension, you have a fridge and a sofa to rest. The shower has warm water. And on top of that you have access to boardgames downstairs to play a game before bed. Really you wont regret it ! This is a very great spot !!!

Really nice accommodation, spacious, clean and very comfortable. It's in an up and coming part of town with great bakeries and coffee shops just next door. The staff were so welcoming and Gummi was really helpful on suggesting local food options and could not do anything more to make my stay more comfortable and even helped me find a new local beer.

This was an excepthunal stay. the place has only 3 very nice rooms. Gami - is the best host we ever met and the coolest part are the board games. The location is defenetly the best in Pai!

Nothing. I want to go back!

The room is quiet and incredibly comfortable. The bed especially so, but I enjoyed the big sofa too. Plenty of space to spread out in the room. The neighbourhood feels more local than downtown; it's fairly quiet but the local bakery has live music occasionally, and the businesses help each other out. Loads of places to eat, and there are yoga and breathwork classes nearby. It's an easy 10-15 minute walk to the main town hub. Gummi and Fern at TableTop are so friendly and kind, and we had great conversations over games during my stay. I couldn't recommend this place more.

Nothing!!

I could not recommend staying here enough! We had the best time, and we even extended our stay here as we didn’t want to leave. The bed was the comfiest I’ve stayed in during my travels! Gummy the owner is an exceptional host; he is extremely kind, attentive, friendly and caring. We had some lovely conversations with Gummy, and you can tell he really cares about his guests and their comfort. We really felt at home. We played a few board games with him as well, and he is a great teacher! The board game cafe area of the hotel has lots of seating and opportunities to socialise if you wish to, and the atmosphere is chilled and relaxed. The room and bathroom were very clean and well stocked with toilet roll, shower gel, shampoo etc. The location was perfect; near a delicious bakery and fruit shake cafe, and the Wednesday market. A short 10 minute walk will take you into the main area of Pai with shops, bars, night market, etc. We will definitely stay with Gummy again if (when) we come back to Pai!

gummy, the owner of the property is wonderful. He is so welcoming, kind, funny. He gave us lots of recommendations for the area and also played some board games with us since he owns the board game cafe below! The beds were extremely comfy, super clean, great AC. Fab location. Had a really fun stay here. The location is very nice in a new and upcoming neighborhood with nice shops and places to eat. Not far from the main centre. Very spacious room with a super comfy bed. Last but not least, the hosts were wonderful. Super welcoming and social, gave lots of tips and also fun to play boardgames with in the cafe downstairs. 100% would recommend.

We had an amazing time ! The couple who welcomed us is very friendly and there to help and have some recommendations ☺️The room is very clean and spacious, the bed is so large and comfortable ! We had our best nights there. Lot of equipment also (hair dryer, fridge, wardrobe, sanitary napkin, shampoo etc..). The share bathroom is only for two bedrooms so it's completely fine! Very clean also. We especially loved the games bar !!! Where you can play for free, you can also eat there. The decoration is so cool 😍 Moreover the place is so calm in a very new street where you can find coffee shops, pop-up stores, and a BAKERY ! (With free tea and coffee haha) Such a good place to have breakfast! We really appreciated the peaceful vibration of this neighborhood 🙏🏼

One of my favourite hotels in Pai to date. With a board game cafe downstairs, coffee shops and restaurants just seconds away, the TableTop Tavern offers unbeatable convenience. Before I’d even walked through the door I was greeted by smiling faces and children’s laughter. The hosts were so welcoming and the check in was simple. I look forward to coming back to Pai and spending more time here! Thank you!!!

Really nice place to stay, all modern and unique in a great neighbourhood. Also a great place to meet people and play games downstairs. The beds are hands down the best I’ve ever slept. Would recommended to anyone and everyone. The owners are also some of the coolest people I’ve met and I’m glad to have met them.

I really liked that the room was connected to a boardgame cafe but still had a separate door so that it doesn't feel too connected. Enjoyed being able to go downstairs to play a bit. Will for sure stay here if i ever come back to pai!
