We had to drive up to the main building for breakfast (which was delicious, BTW), then go back, chill some more, and pack. With some food served in each building, it would be even more convenient (though I understand why not - the land the resort is on is huge, and the logistics and staffing, and resources for this may not work out.)

Loved it. We were a little worried that the noise of traffic from Highway 1 would keep us awake at night, but it was unnecessary. We got a room in a building in the back, far from the road, and it was quiet. Delicious breakfast.

We sneezed as soon as we step in the room. because there was a lot of dust inside. The room was close to the car parking area, so they turned on the lights all night. We hardly fell asleep since the curtain were not cut off the light at all.

The 2nd-floor room doesn't have elevator. The cleanliness is not good as the 1st-floor room -- dust on TV and tables. The most minority comparing to 1st-floor room is TV which is a CRT, not LED+internet. The 3rd bed is not good as 1st&2nd ones.

Only one thing gave me no ease - I couldn't find the light switch on the veranda, and I didn't feel like going to the reception anymore. The light was on all night. But it didn`t stop me from sleeping.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room with extra sofa, table and chairs. Big green territory. A lot of space for parking. Close to the road but no noise or smell.

Great place to stay overnight on travel to Chiang Mai. Easy to find quiet and handy to town. Very nice tranquil surroundings and a pond with alligators kept the kids entertained and alert??. Breakfast OK.

We can't find anything we didn't like this accommodation.

This was the second time we visited this resort. It is cozy, private, tidy, and clean. The staff is very friendly. We appreciate the resort's management's offering work to aged local people.

A man came to knock on the door at 11:30pm and when I shouted YES he did not answer. When looking through the peephole he kept his face turned away and knocked again. I shouted HOW CAN I HELP YOU and he did not respond then turned around and walked away without showing his face. At the time one of the staff was outside on her scooter looking around. This experience was unsettling to say the least. We then immediately packed our belongings and went to a safe hotel.

everything was perfect

this is an amazing place. The grounds are spacious, the rooms are awesome with plenty of room and the breakfast they provided was perfect. I wish we could have stayed more days instead of just one night. We will stay here again the next time we are up their way.
