Noise at night was pretty wild.

Great location and room was fine. The Noise from the Bars and NIGHTCLUBS next door is wild and is on every night until 2 Am so if your look in for peace and quiet then this place isn’t for you. If your looking for a location that feels inside a nightclub and you’re going to be out until 2 Am then this is perfect.

we stayed twice. first time was so perfect that we decided to stay again. unfortunately our second stay we were put in a room by a bar and so we could hear kareoke till the early hours

The shower was slightly small. We also brought in a lot of sand from the beach and it would have been helpful to have a dust pan and brush to clean up the sand as we felt bad for leaving that amount of sand to the cleaners!

We really enjoyed our stay, it was a good location! The staff were very kind and helpful and the room was clean ! We especially enjoyed getting free cold water in the fridge when the room was cleaned.

It could get quite loud being next to one of the main bars in the area, however, it would stop around 12ish and the property do supply earplugs. As other people have said- if you’re budget travelling then this is a great place and you can overlook the loud music. But if you want to chill out then this isn’t the place for you.

The location of the property was both its biggest pro and con, however it was reviewed that it was loud so no surprise and we booked this property having known that. The WiFi was super fast, the bed was comfy and the tv had Netflix and stuff (always a win)

I only stayed for a night but it is very loud (I didn’t mind as I enjoyed the music) but avoid if you want somewhere quieter. My room key card also worked on every room on the floor (there is only 4 flats here) which to me was a safety concern if other people could access my room. I only knew this as I watched the staff member use my key to enter another room so tried out the other doors on the floor out of curiosity. To check in, you need to go to another hotel on the other side of the road a few doors down which wasn’t explained to me when booking so I was very confused how to get into the room and quite distressed as a solo traveller.

The rooms were nice and spacious, they felt very clean and the staff were nice when the batteries in my air con remote stopped working.

The karaoke bar next door is super loud until 1am, which we didn't really mind, but you have to be conscious of that if you are looking for something more quiet. We were told that the rooms are cleaned daily, yet the room was very obviously pretty dirty and had a handful of insects. The shower looked very very dirty, as if it was never deep-cleaned and the drain was clogged, so it was disgusting to take shower, as the water wouldn't go through quick enough (wasnt fixed even after we asked the staff). The best part-for 2 days straight the water from tap and the shower was yellow or brown so we had to wash our hands and everything else with bottled water we bought. There is no reception per se and accordingly there is nobody to help you out in case of anything. We contacted the number they left us to report the issue and got the answer only around 24 hours later. Worst value for the money throughout our whole trip regardless of a higher price. Wouldn't recommend

The bed was comfortable, there was AC, a mini fridge, and even a microwave. The location was good.

Over priced.. most expensive stay in the entire trip. facility was decent but simply over priced for what it was. . Unit upstairs with narrow staircase, less than ideal for someone with ample liggage

Check in time 14.00PM but I waited very long for clean a room and then AC has water drop, staff knew but It can fix on time when I arrived and wait to fixed 2days. The good thing staff compensate taxi free to pier. At night there will be noise from the bar until 1AM.

I was looking for quietness and no party all - if thats you as well then don’t go here. It is right above one of the busiest bar streets in Soiree Beach. It was honestly like the party people were standing right in the room with me. I booked for two nights but was not prepared for this, so I immediately went to the reception to cancel my second night - even though my booking was non-refundable. The staff was attentive and I got a refund for the other night. In the end, I slept fine because the music stopped around 01:15 AM.

The room was really spacious. The beds were the softest ones I have had so far in Thailand, really comfy. If you like to party the location can be considered good.

The accommodation was fine, it was just very loud due to the bar. If you stay bring earplugs, but you will still feel the vibrations of the beats. Other than that it was clean, but there was a light broken in the bathroom. But would probably stay again, if it was quieter.

We checked in early which was amazing, however we’d booked a twin room as we’re friends backpacking, they told us they’d sold out of all the twin rooms. The staff were really good and did manage to somehow, find a second mattress (no idea where from). It’s fairly noisy and you can hear everything; karaoke, noisy couple next door playing music at 8am and screaming, obviously not the hotels fault but please be mindful if you do stay here, the noise travels. We also had a massive pocket of water in the blind the poured everywhere, I’m guessing from the air conditioning, it did keep turning itself off too. There was a power cut for the majority of the morning, so not way to charge our phones and no hot water. I’d left a pastry on the side wrapped in a bag that I was going to take out the next morning, when I opened it, it was completely full of ants, no idea where they came from as we hadn’t I’m seen any in the room. I think we probably just got unlucky with the things happening all in one stay, so I would still recommend but please just be aware :)

The staff were really lovely, always looking to find a solution to any issues! The rooms are really modern looking, the beds are really comfy too and we got free breakfast which was great! Really good location too
