Small windows without a view, no elevator!

The hotel is very nice and clean, a 5-minute walk from the center of the town. Location is perfect for old Phuket town. Best value for money. The Free small breakfast was a nice surprise.

No elevator (not an issue for me, but something to keep in mind)

I loved my stay here: the staff was kind and welcoming, the room was clean and spacious, both the WiFi and AC worked well, and the location couldn’t be better (just a 5-minute walk to Phuket Old Town and right next to the bus terminal). As a solo female traveler, I always felt safe and comfortable. The free breakfast was a lovely bonus too (toast, eggs, coffee/tea, and some tasty local treats if you go down early enough). Highly recommend!

No elevator so had to carry luggage myself. On breakfast there was only boiled egg which i wish there was omelette or scrambled eggs

Truly we had a pleasant stay in the hotel. We arrived from airport by bus to old town bus terminal the hotel was just behind which was very convenient and just a few minutes walking distance. Room was very clean and tidy. Front desk lady is such a sweet and lovely lady. She even helped me get some accessories for my smartphone while i was facing some issues. Distance to old town is just 10-15 minutes by walk.

The staff was lovely, the room very comfortable with TV. Wifi worked very well. The laundry service was amazing! And the breakfast was good too, with toast, eggs, coffee and banana. Location was great, just a few minutes away walking from many stores and main street in Phuket.

Room is clean and spacey, bathroom as well. The airco works well, all in all very comfortable. Staff is nice and accommodating, breakfast is nothing impressive but interesting. Located well not far from the main touristic area of the Town (and shopping mall is very close in case it’s needed).

Close walking distance to Old Town People at the desk were very helpful with information and kind. Held our bags all day while we were out. Allowed us to sit and use their dining area after check out and waiting for a taxi

Other receptionist was very hostile and mean. Do not book breakfast as it is only as snack bar and was mostly eaten by the time we came down. Better go eat somewhere else

The bathroom was not very clean, the bed springs were super hard, which made it a bit uncomfortable.

Very nice location and staff. A/C was working well. You can rent a scooter voor 300 baht. Nice pillows and blanket.
