Very spacious room, air conditioned, clean and comfortable. Perfect for a night while waiting for a bus the next morning. Staff very friendly. Smart tv was a bonus to watch a movie.

Its a bus station type area. Large coaches go from Terminal 2 all over Thailand. Hotel is quiet despite heavy traffic.

Location was a little out of town centre a TBH200 taxi ride. No easy transport available. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Free snacks and coffee was a bonus. Close to hawker stalls at the Bus terminal or further down the road to more stalls Good food though and cheap.

Comfortable beds and good air conditioning. For one or 2 nights is ok because it is near the bus terminal, but if you want to stay longer and visit the island, better stay in another place.

For spending the night, you really don't need more than the basic accomodations, and they provide them just fine.

The man at the front desk was the kindest. He even let me keep my one bag stored with him for a couple days while I went on a 6 day trip. If you're travelling from the bus terminal, this is a great place to spend a quick night.

There were many ants in the room (we mentioned it multiple times but it seems to be a real issue). The window of our room didn't close properly and the ants were getting in through there (also through the room door). The issue doesn't seem to be only for our room.

considering the low cost of the accommodation it was decent. no frills but the wifi was good. one of the beds was better than bad and the other was bad. room was not cleaned daily but you got a fresh roll of TP and 2 bottles of water everyday. No elevator.

This is a good place to stay for an overnight visit but not a place I would recommend staying longer. There is no kettle in the room. I asked for room cleaning twice during my stay and noticed there was still sand around the bathroom and the floors hadn't been mopped. I had to go down to reception and ask for toilet paper rather than it being provided during my room clean. I also had to ask for towels rather than fresh towels being provided during the clean. I asked for another pillow but they said no. The sink in the bathroom had a leaky pipe, so there was always water on the floor. The shower is over a bath, but the bath has no bath taps, so you can't actually use the bath as a bath. The shower head is placed back on the wall, over the bath, a little too far back that you can't wash your hair standing up. I had to sit down to be in the shower stream to wash my hair. The shower head also had spray that went in all directions. There is no shower curtain or glass, so water goes everywhere - getting other things in the bathroom wet. Nothing majorly wrong, just lots of little things that made it a little annoying and inconvenient over the several days I was there.
