Great location in Phuket Town for an event we were attending. We were upgraded to a king suite which was very roomy and comfortable. Housekeeping was very kind, fast, and always asking if we needed something if we didn’t need service that day. Ramen bistro and cafe on-site is very nice if you don’t want to venture out too far. Phuket Old Town is easily walkable and only 10-15 away from the central area. Property was very quiet and there was a common area with a larger refrigerator, microwave, and additional seating (at least on second floor). Overall, loved the property and the staff were really friendly and helpful! Highly recommended (we stayed one week).

Very conveniently located with plenty of shops and restaurants near by. Room was good quality with good facilities and air conditioning. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Helped us book a day trip to khoa sok national park as well as organising a transfer for us to get to kho Tao making our stay a lot easier.

Rooms seemed a little old but very great price so can't complain.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful! They accommodated my needs very efficiently. Helped me book a last minute tour when my one on TripAdvisor got canceled. And helped me book a taxi to Krabi airport, unfortunately the original taxi car broke down, but the lead staff took care of us and drive us himself even though Krabi is 3 hours away! Very surprised by the A+ customer service!

The bed wasn't that comfortable and kept coming apart from eachother as it was two seperate bases. The shower water wasn't very powerful

The only thing I wish was better was the TV setup — it only had Thai channels, and there wasn't an option for YouTube, Netflix, or an easy way to connect my own device. Would’ve been nice to have some more entertainment options in the room.

Had a great stay! The service was excellent — the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I also really loved the size of the private room. It had everything I needed, and the small balcony was a lovely bonus.

Comfy bed and pillows, good A/C, clean room and bathroom. The location is amazing, we were able to walk everywhere within the old town. Very good restaurants nearby and the one inside the hotel really good too. The staff were friendly. Great value for money!

There was no breakfast option, which as a shame. There was a safe in the room, but wasn't actually attached to anything, so you could just pick it up and move it if it was in your way. Obviously, we didn't use it!

This is part hotel, part hostel. We stayed in the hotel part (on the top floor), the whole place was very nice, not like i would expect a hostel to be. We needed somewhere near the pier as we were catching a boat the next day. It was really nice. I'd booked 2 rooms. When we arrived, one of the rooms had a small outdoor area with table and chairs with great views - a really nice touch! It was around a 10 min walk to the old town with all its attractions. Would be very happy to stay again.

but there were only 6 squeeky old metal lockers with NO KEYS available. So I had to buy a key&lock alternatively. The price was fair (40 Baht) but a bit of a nuisance as i really did not want to buy stuff. - There was not enough storage space generally. Rooms had beds and those lockers. No shelf, not enough hanging space for jackets, towels and other items. - Beds were not super comfy but it was very clean and you got a PROPER BLANKET which is great considering it´s SEA. - It was so unclear how many people would be sleeping in my dorm as it only said "bed in dorm". There were 6 Beds but only 5 suitable for guests (One bed did not have the curtains and not set up) - majority of people that stayed there were kind of weird.

FYI this is not a hotel but a hostel with private rooms. - Bathrooms were always clean but the hostel seemed empty during a time of high demand as I was not able to find anything cheaper in town during my stay between the 11 to 14th of February 2025. - Rooms were clean which was great - There is a "common" room with an AC and microwave and water fountain but it didnt have enough seating space for two small groups. But I used it to pack my bag ins the morning to not wake the other people in my dorm.
