The room doors are not sound proof. You can hear whenever someone closes their door. There is a loud echo. The units are individually owned and airbnb'd out. So, it varies as far as quality of furniture and decor. Also, they open your door and drop of the towels which had a smell to them.

The amenities are nice including the gym and pool. The property is well kept. Your apartment comes with a kitchen and washer.

The condo was good and the lady I rented off was great. But the reception staff are ignorant! They charged me 2000 baht because my young son went swimming and left a tiny bit of water in the lift! They blocked my key card untill I paid the 2000 baht. 2nd time I've stayed here and won't be staying again because of the ignorant staff at reception.

The bed and pillow. It put my back and neck out so bad. The mattress was very hard and so was the pillow. I ended up buying myself a different pillow because I was in constant pain. Been to Asia many times and have never had a problem until now. We were in Tower B which had the lower pool. The pool was very cold and didn’t warm up during the day. The rooftop pool in Tower A was much warmer, but also much busier and needs new/more lounges as there was only a few and some were broken. The flooring around this was dangerously slippery when wet. You are given rules to follow upon check in and the related fines if you don’t follow these rules, however it doesn’t seem like they are policed. We had a loud group of Indian tourists on our floor that were not considerate of noise. The hallway echos noise so everything is very loud. Even the neighbour unlocking their door can wake you up

The condo is in a great location. Kitchen was basic but had everything we needed. Cleaners were friendly. Aircon were cold, modern & quiet. Smart tv and wifi was good.

Air conditioning in the bedroom doesn't work properly. The flat has many signs of wear and tear. Everything should be cleaned properly. Service was not carried out at the end. Should be done every 3 days. The pools are very crowded and some of the sunbeds are broken.

I couldn't sleep due to the loud music from the road until 2 a.m. the sound finally stopped, and I could sleep finally.

We love the view from the swimming pool on the rooftop so much. The room is clean, comfortable, convenient, and so cute.

Not much to complain about other than only 1 spoon in the kitchen. Again, we didn't like the apartment in Bldg A because those units are really noisy. But Bldg B is quiet. Problem is that you don't know which building you'll be in when making a reservation. The photos are a mix of many different rooms in both Bldg A and B.

Communication with the property manager was good. We've stayed at The Base multiple times and prefer apartments in Bldg B because it has a gym and is much quieter than Bldg A. Originally we were placed in Bldg A but, after talking with the manager, we were moved to Bldg B. We like the kitchen (although this unit only had 1 spoon!) and the laundry. Gym is small but adequate. Convenient location and quiet (Bldg B only!).

Not much - everything was pretty good. Minor issue was that we couldn't change the code on the lock box and the lock box was really small.

The location was very central but still very quiet. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach (morning runs) as well as Soi Buakhao. We liked having a kitchen where we could cook when we didn't feel like going out and also a washing machine for laundry. We also liked the gym - it's quite small and limited but enough to get a decent workout. Finally, we liked the free parking for our rental car. The owner and her representative were very communicative and responsive.
