Lovely and modern, very spacious, open, airy, clean and the host Phil was fantastic especially with information for the local area. Wholeheartedly recommend.

The owner, Phillip, was amazing. He helped arrange transportation from the airport to the residence when we arrived. He also sent a list of places that we should try to eat. He was responsive to every message I sent both before arrival and during our stay. The residence had the most amazing view and was really nice. The pool was great too and perfect for an afternoon swim after being out all day. It is in a rather secluded area and there is not much traffic in the area. The beach is close and was also not crowded.

It is secluded and there is not much in walking distance. We didn’t rent scooters or a car so we spent quite a bit on grab to get places. We were fine with that but it could be an issue for others

Spacious, bright and clean apartment with stunning views. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach. The property is a short distance from the airport and close to many restaurants and Fisherman’s Wharf. Our host gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations.

Our recent stay at The Beach Residence was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking view that truly steals the show. Having read the glowing reviews prior to our booking, our expectations were high, yet our experience managed to exceed them in every way. The short walk to the beautiful, uncrowded beach was a delightful bonus, providing us with the perfect spot for family fun and tranquility. Philip, our host, was exceptional. His responsiveness to our questions and requests was lightning-fast, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We felt truly cared for and appreciated his dedication to making our visit memorable. Without a doubt, we will return to this little slice of paradise. Thank you, Philip, for an unforgettable stay!

I cannot really come up with anything

Perfect view from the apartment. Host (Phil) was very hospitable and arranged everything we asked. Rooms were clean with nice conditioning, kitchen was well equipped, we prepared food there. Not far to the beach. Nice pool with perfect view.

Interesting solution to avoud corridors when all the rooms have separate exit but when you leave apartment you need to lock all the rooms. Maybe there could be solutions how to do that fastly.

The property exceeded our expectations. Stunning views, comfortable rooms, super close to the beach (5 minute walk). Phil was a gracious and attentive host that went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of.

What's there to say about the Beach Residence that has not already been said in previous reviews. Its amazing. I will break it down into three parts: The location - An idyllic hillside location with the most amazing views, it's a leisurely 3 minute stroll down to a beautiful beach which is tranquil and never crowded, there is a nice little beach bar down there that does great food. It is an amazing location to be at, one of the more exclusive areas on the Island, yet you are only a short drive / taxi ride from some of the best bars and restaurants Koh Samui has to offer. The property - Wow!....immaculate, modern, stylish, a fantastic infinity pool overlooking the sea. The place is simply stunning with the best views you will find anywhere. You could not ask for more. The host / owner - Philip was there to welcome us when we arrived, he provided us with all the local information, recommendations for restaurants, bars, tours etc. He could not have been more helpful. There was one time we had an issue that was out of his control, we messaged him and he was there 15 minutes later to sort it out, nothing was too much trouble for him. The guy is a real gem and will go out of his way to ensure you have the best time My only regret is that we did not spend more time there, but we will definitely return

The view was unique. The best wiew on Samui.

The bathroom was very dirty. The sink and shower were very old and shabby. The wardrobes in the rooms were white and very dirty. One of the bedrooms has no window.

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Residence. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from the terrace—waking up to that every day was amazing! The location is peaceful, away from the more tourist-heavy areas, which we really appreciated. At the same time, getting to those areas is easy and affordable with Grab. We also loved the nearby Thongson Beach, which was quiet and uncrowded, yet still had a few bars and restaurants for food and drinks, plus activities like jet ski and kayak rentals. The water was noticeably cleaner than at the larger, busier beaches. Philip was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and attentive to our needs. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!

Just WOW. Our villa overlooked the sea, and the beautiful Thongson Bay. Phil, our host, greeted us even though we didn't arrive until late into the evening as our flight had been delayed. Phil was so welcoming and showed us around the property and up to our villa. We even received a very helpful list of places to go and restaurants to visit, from lunch venues, to cheap but very good restaurants, as well as a couple of places to go for a special evening out (more expensive but still very reasonable and top notch food). We hired a car which enabled us to travel around the island and explore the many different villages and areas of Koh Samui. However, if you just wanted to have a restful poolside/beach holiday, you have that on your doorstep too including s few local restaurants which are easy to walk to. Phil organised a taxi for our arrival (highly recommended) with his driver to collect us from the airport. The taxi was there when we arrived (not taken for granted as on arrival in Bali the year before we waited over an hour for someone to turn up so we were very grateful after a long flight!). The driver even dropped us at the local shop on the way to the villa so that we could get some essential water and food for the coming days, which was so thoughtful. Phil is excellent at communicating when needing to throughout the stay, without being intrusive. He even bought us some local bakery pastries a few days into our trip. Its the little human and thoughtful touches that make this place special. A truly magnificently located apartment and a 5 star host. We would thoroughly recommend. **Note for those with mobility issues: The very special location of this villa, being on the side of a hill means that there are quite a few steps if you are staying at one of the villas at the top with the best views. However there is a villa on the lower level with only a few steps which would be more accessible for those that may struggle with steps.

There isn't anything we didn't like about this property or feel could be done better.

Location was excellent with a beautiful view. Good access to a very good and quiet beach. However you do need to hire transport to get to the nearest town where there are multiple good eating locations. Also to visit the sites and beaches round the island. Philip the manager/host was very responsive with information for sites and eating recommendations and was very helpful to first time visitors to Koi Samui.

If it’s possible to improve the shower pressure that would be good.

The views are really magnificent, as the house is high on the hill overlooking bay. Phil was very responsive to queries, provided great suggestions on cafes and attractions.

The owner should clearly state that the area is isolated, there is no shops around, the only cafe is on the beach. So you have to ride scooter, bike, rent a car or rely on taxis which adds to the cost. The only way to the beach is via very steep path and rocks. And at night it's not very pleasant to walk even with the flashlight. The beach is quite small and has lots of rocks on the seafloor, the water is shallow and it's difficult to go in. Other beaches in Samui are much better in this sense. Wifi works only in the bedroom, you can't use phone or computer in the lounge or balcony. It is impossible to have a warm shower, it's only cold water or hot if you wait long enough, but you can't make it warm. The kitchen is not user friendly though it's not that important for a short stay. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, maybe other are in better shape.

The Sea view is so amazing 🤯

We had a most wonderful family holiday (5 people) in this house that we called home for 2 weeks in July 2024. Phil, the Dane, was always very helpful throughout the whole time. Arranging taxi from the airport, a taxi company that we continued use all holiday, great tips for restaurants and a nice lady that did our clothes washing! We loved the house and what a view down to Thong Son Bay from our terrace, the infinite pool that was for all 4 apartments was a great plus for the whole family. Thank you Phil we are sure many more people will have wonderful holidays in your amazing apartment complex. The bay was lovely quiet, less people and that we appreciated very much, the beach was brilliant and we enjoyed food both in the local Thai restaurant or the beach resort. If we wanted more liveliness we took a taxi to the famous beaches or especially Fisherman’s Village with both more wonderful restaurants, the night market and the fire show on the beach. We can highly recommend staying here and your holiday will be making good memories for a lifetime!

Sight was absoultely great Environment was quiet In The neighbor there is Security guard right next so you feel very comfortable when uou come late night in The dark time. Parking was also free so it was easy to love around The city. Owner was so kind and honest that makes Aldo eady to Ask any questions delayed to thai culture or to any extra help. He was kind and well hospitality. He had all answer.
