Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Not many facilities.the sink is in the room.the locker is small only for a purse, cannot fit inside 5 kg bag either.

The shower and toilet were enclosed but still outside but not a serious issue
The capsule style beds were a nice change from the norm

Bathroom and toilets were pretty dirty. Dead cockroaches. Beside that pretty fine.
The beds were a good size and very private with a plug with place for a number of chargers and a personal light. Once you close your curtain the light from outside doesn’t bother you at all.

All of the doors has to be locked from the inside, and no one does this so pretty much anyone can walk into anyone’s room at any time

I didn’t not like it, however the beds are quite springy, really wasn’t bad at all though! The cost is obviously going to be expensive everywhere for full moon but it was nice

the beds...oh my lord the beds!!! my mattress sank so low the springs dug into my back so i had to layer with towels and clothes. they desperately need replacing.
the staff are super friendly, especially Amy and the Danish staffer (i forgot her name). the place is located right by the full moon party so you can easily go back and forth to take breaks. the AC is running in the dorms and overall it just has a really nice atmosphere. it's definitely made for nightlife so you should expect loud noise in the night. i enjoyed it a lot and i would happily stay here again in the future!

The beds are terrible. There are metal springs digging into you at all times when lying on the bed. Very uncomfortable!
The reception staff are nice & friendly. The location is great for Full Moon Party / Beach.

The bed is really uncomfortable, you feel the springs on your back, and the price really high (to be expected on full moon days)
Great location for the full moon party and Brian the owner is really nice (we also got a free beer). Good privacy!

Wouldn't stay if you're not going to the full moon party
Was close to the Haad Rin beach for the full moon party, it is good for a night or 2 if you're going.

Killed a cockroach in the bathroom and the evening after the corpse was still there. The cleaning of the facilities can be improved.
Stuff super friendly and kind. Had the best sleep ever since my trip (it is really dark in the cabin so that makes it easy). No noises even though it’s directly located at the fullmoon party.

There was no staff at the reception when I arrived, and I did not receive messages sent from the landlord, so entrance was awkward, but the landlord was in contact with me over the phone, and made sure I can enter the room properly, and if not he would arrange a different accommodation for me. Regardless, the common space was small and not so ventilated, so it while staying at the dorms it was an issue to have some place to chill or talk on the phone without going outside
The bunk bed was comfortable, and the location was good as well. The landlord was friendly and reliable.

Bathroom and shower were in bad shape. Reception was rude. Water was not working for a while. Bed not very comfortable and sheets were basically paper thin.

AC didn’t reach inside the pods very well, and it felt hard to be social here. Could definitely do with some upgrades like a proper common area and maybe some events to help meet people.
The pods offer nice privacy and the location is amazing for the full moon party. Also the staff are super friendly and are happy to answer questions.

The location and the staff are awesome. This is the place to stay if you are here for the Full Moon Party , so close to the beach , shops and restaurants. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Perfect location if you dare in Koh Phangan for the full moon party. Was close to the main road where all restaurants and shops and 7/11 are.

There was a colony of ants crawling through the bed frame but they disappeared after around a day. A cockroach also came out of the shower room. It was also not good value for money.
