The bungalows are a little tired but priced accordingly. Everything was super clean.

The restaurant might have been a bit more open, but with all of the restaurants nearby it really was not an issue, would recommend renting a scooter.

The hotel needs to do more to clear the beach of plastic etc. someone should be out there every morning tidying up. The hotel charges an extra 150 baht per day for a child to have breakfast! (On the first morning mine had two waffles at 75 baht each!) The breakfast was that typical standard Thai hotel breakfast, very ordinary. The introduction of an omelette station and the option of an egg pan would improve it.

The location is great, very picturesque. The view from the room was excellent. The staff were great. It's at the peaceful end of the beach away from the busier parts of the beach. Good for snorkeling off the rocks near the hotel.

This is a great resort situated directly on the beach 150 meters from where boat can drop you at wharf. A walk along the sand..or you can catch ferry to main wharf and catch pick up. The staff are amazing very happy to assist you with any requests. Rooms vary in quality and location we selected the grand room and it was right on beach fantastic. Koh Samet has a undiscovered feel about it although there are many resorts and hotels. Each beach has fine sand blue very clean water. Be aware that only 1 ATM on the island and most places require cash. ATM has just re opened

Location is fantastic, at one end of a lovely beach. Restaurants nearby, but also very peaceful and tranquil. The seafront cabins have a great view and ambiance. Staff are friendly. My frustration is that it could be so much better: beach sun loungers upgraded, breakfast, higher level of service etc etc. Initial room allocated had double bed pushed against the wall and therefore only accessible from one side ,,,, for the money I find this ridiculous and reluctantly paid supplement for slightly better room.

The room we had had no wardrobe or drawers to store any clothing in, although there was room for a wardrobe , you find yourself living out of a suitcase for the duration of your stay which in our case was for seven days, which is not ideal.

Limited food options for vegetarians but since it’s a remote place I kind of expected this. Again the staff tried their best to accommodate us and would love to visit again as well.

The bed and pillows were really hard, and some of the doors at our room had “diy” fixes that we didn’t find too comfortable. The beach area doesn’t have sun that long which is a downside, but if you go early you will have a few hours of tanning.

Very welcoming staff and our room was nice and clean, and the beach was amazing, water is crystal clear and very good temperature, great for snorkeling.
