No dinner available and breakfast was mostly cold no bacon no cereals .We were told that no dinner was available so we walked to have dinner at another restaurant and to our surprise when we returned a group of about 10 Asian guests were all having dinner.Not a good look as our group of 6 were left out

Some streets in the area are not illuminated at night. You need the phone flashlight.

Clean rooms, shuttle to pier and taxi service to beach in low season time a good option to have. Excellent breakfast, fairly quiet location.

The bathroom was very small and breakfast starting at 8am was way too late

The room was large, the beds and pillows were soft and comfortable, breakfast was good and everything you needed in the room was supplied

As with most properties on the island, it’s pretty centrally located, but you’ll need to be prepared to walk on poorly maintained or very narrow roads, or hire a scooter, to get around. Breakfast had a good variety but was the same every day, so fine for a weekend break but you’d soon get fed up with the same stuff. I did try to purchase coffee from the coffee bar one afternoon but was told they’d already closed when the sign outside said they were open for another couple of hours, which was a shame. No kettle in the room so unable to make a hot drink myself and there’s quite an array of rules to follow regarding food in the room. Unfortunately I was poorly the day after I arrived and I had to spend the day in bed and in which time I got bitten considerably. I later found little black bugs in the bed along with with pretty long black hairs (mine is short and red) so I’m not convinced the bed was the cleanest. Overall it’s ok, price is about the same of other similar properties but there’s nothing that really makes it stand out from others

Primarily, It is cheaper than the other hotels but have better service and location than that of those. Breakfast was also good. Staffs were welcoming and gentle. Before going there I also read the review, and I found them true.

The check in is until 19:30 (very early), no one really reminds about that and if you don’t reach the hotel before that time it can be a hustle. The hotel request 500baht of deposit for the key (I had no idea), little inconvenient considering I want to use the money on other things.

The breakfast very good (buffet style) and the location is very convenient if you don’t ride motorbike, you can go by foot the pier (8 min) and Ta Yai beach (15 min). My parents are 68 years old and they walked it easily.

The breakfast was a bit overlooked. They seemed to put out food at 6 or 7AM in the morning and just leave it there without a warming system or a hood so that when we went downstairs at 9AM it was cold and really not attended. We ended up not having breakfast at the hotel.

The scooter renting is just in front of the hotel, and it's very honest. We had issues with room, and they promptly came to do the repairing.

Only instant coffee on the breakfast buffet. The washroom is the sort that when you shower water gets everywhere, it would be nice with a shower curtain.

We stayed at this hotel twice, it has two buildings a blue one and a yellow one. This review is for the yellow one which is newer. If booking we suggest to pay for the slightly more expensive rooms to stay in the newer building. The bed was firm but comfortable, the location was good. You can walk to the beach in around 20 min.

Far from center

The brekkie was diverse and self serve which I appreciated to my start of the day. The offered to pick us up/drop us off at the pier too which was a plus. The room felt clean and I liked the design and architecture of the hotel inside and out.

Double room was a bit small, Some distance to walk to the town/port area - although transport is provided at certain times.

Easy check-in process, friendly staff and good service, comfortable stay, access to free pick and drop off, availability to hire beach towels at affordable price, easy to arrange activities on the island, effective follow-up by staff. Good restaurants withun walk8ng distance. Standard but sufficient breakfast.

We didn't observe any drawbacks, it was big pleasure to stay here.

Clean and cosy room with air conditioning, great location in quiet area and also quite near shops and restaurants, very helpful staff, very tasty breakfast, big plus for a free shuttle to the ferry, nice garden.
