Wasn’t an issue for me or the family as we are deep sleepers but it can get loud from traffic in the morning

The bed was comfortable, the place is really clean and we would get room service every day. The hotel was close to a market that had local food and is roughly 16 minutes walk from Maya shopping centre. The staff were really helpful, they gave vouchers for the shop right next to the hotel, there’s a restaurant right across the street for those who don’t want to catch a ride into town for breakfast and there’s a laundry.

In one of the rooms, when the air conditioner was turned on, there was a smell of dampness. It might be time to clean it. But it didn't affect our vacation.

We liked the location, the pool and the billiards, and the smart TV with internet access. The bed was large, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, but rather monotonous, with the same dishes for the four days we stayed there. At first we were given a room with windows facing the road, it was very noisy at night. I asked for a quieter room. The next day it was done without any problem.

The wifi was a little slow and sometimes we had to use our phone data to be able to use the internet efficiently.

Next to CMU night market, excellent location! Friendly staff. Mini Mart just next to hotel and so nice to receive coupons offered by hotel for redemption at the mart.

The material of room's door are not good, shower room floor are extremely slippery and dangerous and easily can cause accident. Toilet bowl hardly flush down, have to flush more than 6 times to make sure our poo poo down.

The hotel location is great, the design of the hotel are great, rooms are good and toilet are clean, games at lobby and parking lot. Worth the price.

There’s not much on the doorstep of the hotel itself other than the night market but if you don’t mind walking you are not far from Nimman and Maya Mall.

Some of the breakfast food items were mediocre. The toilet roll in the bathroom was damp. The reception staff on my arrival were not particularly approachable or friendly.

A fair spread for breakfast. I liked the easy to operate beverage machine and toaster. The (spicy) basil pasta was good. Most of the hotel staff were pleasant and helpful (but see my comment below).

On the first night, I felt the road noise and rain noise were a bit high, but later, I may have gotten used to it.

Overall, the experience was good, and the daily cleaning of the hotel room was great.

The bathroom smells like sewage and it's old, not properly cleaned. The floor and couch were dirty upon arrival. The rooms have been superficially renovated. The breakfast did not look appealing, I did try a thing or two but a couple of times we skipped it. The pool is a bit sad-next to a wall with not much space around. All in all it is not as nice as it looks on the pictures or at least how it seemed to me. Hence the low price. I would not rate more than 3 starts

Location is ok, next to the night market but far away from the old town, so it depends on what you prefer. Beds and room size were OK. Staff is polite and helpful like in most places but English is a problem. Housekeeping was done on a daily basis
