Please accept my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the condition of your clothes after using our laundry service. I am especially concerned about the comment made by our staff that "we are not professionals," which does not reflect the standard of care and service we expect from our team. We take full responsibility for this shortfall and have already initiated additional training and quality checks on our laundry equipment and procedures to ensure this does not happen again. It is disappointing to know that the situation was not handled proactively and that you had to follow up to receive an offer of goodwill. We should have taken immediate action to make amends and provide you with a better experience. Please accept my personal apology for this oversight. Regarding your comments on the breakfast and pricing, I appreciate your honesty. We are currently reviewing our breakfast selection with our culinary team to improve both variety and quality. We understand the importance of providing comfortable facilities, and I take your suggestions about beach chairs, loungers, and beach towels to heart. We are already in discussions about upgrading our beach furniture to enhance our guests’ relaxation and comfort while enjoying our stunning surroundings. Your feedback about the bamboo huts is also valuable. While they offer a more rustic experience, we agree there is room to improve functionality, such as adding additional shelves and improving the sealing of the huts to make the stay more comfortable. Regarding accessibility, our remote location does present unique challenges, but we are reviewing our transfer options and pricing structure to make it more convenient and transparent for our guests.
