Poco pulita, scarafaggi e insetti vari nella camera, colazione e pasti con pochissima scelta.

Recensione verificataLa Villa era ben pulita, ma dalla prima notte abbiamo avuto la visita di un topo che non ci ha mai fatto dormire. Lo staff è gentile, ma non ci tornerei. La spiaggia è mal tenuta, e la struttura è raggiungibile solo tramite barca che offrono gratuitamente solo per il check in ed il check out, altrimenti va pagata. Abbiamo fatto una “gita” per vedere Maya Bay, la guida non parlava una parola di inglese quindi non sapevamo nemmeno dove eravamo e cosa stavamo guardando, oltretutto nessuno ci ha detto di mangiare dove e quando per cui nessuno di noi della gita ha pranzato per arrivare alle 15.30 in albergo dove siamo tutti corsi a mangiare. Per una gita di 1200BTH a persona, +400BTH a persona per entrare in Maya Bay mi aspettavo almeno il pranzo incluso oppure che la guida parlasse inglese. Pessimo. Il ristorante è buono ma ovviamente caro per il tipo di servizio ed il cibo. Da starci massimo una notte solo per l’esperienza.

Recensione verificataPersonale veramente gentile ebaccogliente. Bellissima vista dalla camera e posto molto pulito. Secomdo me il posto ideale per spenderci 2 massimo 3 giorni. Ci si arriva solo in barca con le navette messe a disposizione dell'hotel una volta arrivati a Ton Sai pier di Phi Phi. La spiaggia è carina, durante la notte la marea si abbassa quindi al mattino è molto piu grande. L'ideale per un completo relax nella natura.. c'è un mini market e 2 ristoranti, io ne ho provato solp uno ma non era affatto male.

Recensione verificataLa struttura è esattamente come dalle foto. In zona molto tranquilla ci si arriva solo in barca quindi si è vincolati agli orari dei transfer organizzati dall'hotel. È un piccolo angolo di paradiso tranquillo dove passare 2 o 3 gg all'insegna del totale relax. Organizzano anche tour di mezza giornata o 1 giorno intero a prezzi competitivi e ne vale davvero la pena. La responsabile della reception Noi, è una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile. Colazione sufficiente perché non particolarmente varia ma per qualche giorno si sopravvive benissimo .
Ci sono pochi lettini sulla spiaggia, nelle camere non c'è un mobile, un armadio o un tavolo dove appoggiare le cose. Neppure in bagno ci sono mobili quindi possono migliorare

Recensione verificataLa cosa in assoluto migliore della struttura è Noi. Una simpaticissima receptionist che si prenderà cura di voi ancora prima di arrivare in struttura. È stata fondamentale nel nostro viaggio. Lo staff è magnifico esaudiscono ogni desiderio e sono super sorridenti! Servizi ottimi, tenere conto che dalle 17 non si può lasciare la spiaggia per via dell’alta marea, ma vale la pena sdraiarsi a godere del tramonto, rilassarsi e guardare la natura incredibile che circonda la struttura! Un sacco di animali bellissimi! Bisogna avere un po’ di spirito di adattamento e capire che non si è in un hotel 5 stelle con tutti i comfort ma in spiaggia in bungalow. Consiglio al massimo per 2 notti!
Il ristorante purtroppo non è buonissimo. E nemmeno la colazione.

Recensione verificataIl posto è molto genuino e caratteristico, fuori dal mondo. Staff molto gentile e sincero. Escursione in barca molto bella.
Raggiungere il "resort" solo via barca è molto limitante, la spiaggia accanto piena di spazzatura è una vergogna. Servizio a tratti lento. Poca scelta di attività extra.

Mancanza di un molo dove far attraccare le barche con conseguente bagno ad inzuppo quando si scende con zaini e trolley veramente disagiante. Inoltre la spiaggia è sporca piena di mondezza e non curata.Per i due giorni che abbiamo soggiornato aveva attraccato sulla spiaggia una mega barca che scaricava escavatrici e materiale edile in continuazione… pessimo!

Recensione verificataAbbiamo soggiornato in un bungalow di bamboo proprio sul mare, molto suggestivo, ci è piaciuto tantissimo. La spiaggia però non è bella, è piccolissima e trascurata. Non c'è molto da fare e il taxi boat messo a disposizione dall'hotel per spostarsi è carissimo.

Barche che passano tutto il giorno davanti rumorose fanno perdere un po’ la tranquillità,qualche sdraio in più sarebbe consigliato,le loro barche per il transferimento sono un po’ al avventura
