The staff were beyond accommodating and nice throughout our entire stay. We originally planned to stay here for 3 nights and ended up extending our stay here for 3 more. The cabins and their entire surroundings were absolutely beautiful, the room was cleaned every day, and new water bottles were put for us. 15 minutes walk to Pai walking street, or a 2 minutes ride on the bike.

Breakfast starts at 8am and not earlier which can be tough for families with small children.

We had a wonderful stay at the Luxury Farm House! The team took such great care of us, from upgrading our unit to surprising my husband with a birthday cake and beautiful room décor. Our unit was exceptionally clean and came with a mini kitchenette, a full-size fridge, a microwave oven, a dining table, and air-conditioning in every room. My 4-year-old son had the time of his life feeding the ducks, fish, and goats. It’s also within walking distance of Pai Walking Street, offering just the right balance of convenience and tranquility.

The walls were very thin so when we had noisy neighbors we heard them very loudly (including the snoring...). Also the doors and windows weren't sealed so we had mosquitos entering the room.

The place is so beautiful! And it's clear that they care about keeping the place in top conditions! The staff was super helpful and nice all along. I highly recommend staying there and I wish the weather was nicer and I could sit on the lake a bit and relax.

It was all pretty good, although the breakfast should state that if you want warm food, you must pay a little more. Only 50 baht, but it should say that in the price.

Excellent place. Very quiet, but just a short ten-minute walk to the main drag along the river. We chose one of the more expensive bungalows, so super peaceful and very comfortable with modern furnishings. The cheaper places looked good, too, although not as private. Still, the beds looked super nice and everything looked very clean and comfortable in those other bungalows. I saw some negative reviews about noise, but not sure what people expect for that price. I guess some folks are never happy. I've stayed in Pai many times over the years, and this is about as good value as you can get, much better than most places in town, and just as good as places that are twice as expensive. I also loved the natural feel of it all, the animals and all the gardens. But if you want total privacy, get one of the houses rather than the huts.

They offer a pick up service from close to the bus station but unfortunately we didn't get the message until 2 days into our stay so thought I'd say in case anyone else isn't informed before arrival as we definitely would have used it :) There were tops of nails protruding from the floor which ripped a hole in a sock on our last morning. Not the end of the world but just for awareness

Really friendly and inviting staff, we were given a delicious cold drink on arrival and we were so lucky and given a free room upgrade. The room was spacious and clean as was the bathroom with a lovely outside seating area. The location is just a short walk from town and set in a beautiful farm complete with animals.

We enjoyed everything

We loved our stay here! It’s such a lovely little resort. The houses were so cute and the grounds were lovely. We really enjoyed seeing all of the animals! Staff were super helpful and very kind. Pai is a great spot but I would recommend renting a bike as it is about a 15/20 minute walk to town.

Gardeners and grounds people were busy during the day with the hedge trimmers so it was a bit noisy in the day time, especially near the front of the property.

Very wholesome vibes. Basically, a working farm set around a lake with lots of animals milling about and a variety of bungalows interspersed about the property. I thought the breakfast area overlooking the centre of town was also very nice with some chilled lofi music playing in the morning. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and cozy bungalows. Walking distance to Pai but far away enough to be peaceful. Also upgraded us for free which was really appreciated. Could have easily stayed for a while longer.

It was perfect — a dream vacation! Ideal for couples, families, and solo travelers alike. The service was outstanding, exceeding all expectations. It’s a very nice bungalow not too far from the centre. You should rent a scooter anyways as there is no sidewalk to walk on and it’s a good 10 minute walk to the centre. Bungalow was clean and the staff was friendly.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Luxury Farm House! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. A special thank you to Wat, Film, and Nicey - they truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable Our 3-year-old daughter had the best time feeding the animals on the farm - the staff made sure she had the chance to do so every single day and even waited for her to arrive. It was such a thoughtful touch that meant the world to us as parents. They were also wonderful with our 5-month-old baby, going out of their way to make us comfortable as a family. It's rare to find a place that feels so peaceful, personal, and perfect for little ones. We would highly recommend Luxury Farm House to any family looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway

The worst thing about the property was having to leave.

When we arrived to the property we were greeting by the receptionist Nicey. This lady made our stay exceptional, any thing we needed or wanted she sorted out for us. We were shown so much kindness from Nicey and we were made feel so at home. The accommodation was so beautiful, the location was perfect and the vibe of the place was fabulous. Thank you Nicey.

The Luxury Farm House was a quiet oasis a short walk away from the centre of Pai. Surrounded by Nature. The staff were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. They helped us organise taxis as we were unsure on driving a bike.
