Atmosphere and the place was excellent, deliver breakfast in the morning that it was delicious. Staff aslo was great and helpful.

SingaporeWhile the breakfast was generous, some items had been prepared the previous day and no longer tasted fresh. The hotel should also ensure the flood lights in the pool area get switched off by 10PM or 11PM and they should remind guests to be considerate and keep noise levels down after that time.
Very nice bungalow and the pool area and garden were really pleasant. Wonderfully friendly and attentive staff. The location was also excellent - very close to the entrance gate of the National Park. A number of restaurants, cafes and services (ATM, Convenience Store, Pharmacy) in walking distance.

The Breakfasts are huge so be prepared. The manger Khun Dave made sure all our needs met. Thank you to all the staff at the hidden village, Can’t recommend it enough.

NetherlandsStaff is very helpful but, besides devian the RM, the english level of most staff was not sufficient, which caused some confusions. Devian did step in often though and greatly helped us with booking activities and transport!
Gorgeous accomodation in nature. Very calm and the rooms are very pretty, clean, and have great minimalistic interior design. Would definitely recommend the safari tour that you can book through the hostel. We had a lovely english tour guide that told us so much information and made us have a lovely day! The swimming pool is also amazing and very gorgeous (just watch out that you don’t burn your feet on the flooring next to the pool). Breakfast is plentiful and tastes good and all the food of the restaurant at the entrance can be delivered to your room at no extra charge.

IsraelNo restaurant in the resort (it is under construction). The breakfast was delivered to room which is pretty convenient, but changes that we asked in breakfast were not implemented. We received same breakfast everyday regardless the changes we requested day before.
This resort was truly amazing. We stayed at the vila in front of the mountains with private pool and this was one of the best places I ever been at. Everything was perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort is 7 minutes drive from Kaoh Yai entrance, very good location.

ThailandOur family frequents Khao Yai but this is by far the best accomodation weve stayed in. Villas are visually stunning, set amongst lush greenery with an extra spacious veranda that we love. Inside, the rooms are beautifully appointed, the toilets are huge and spotless, and the mini bar comes stocked with complimentary refreshments, including drip coffee and even beer. Our living room opens up to the private pool with the forest and mountains as backdrop, a breathtaking view that will be surely hard to forget. Breakfast was great and served in the room on time. However, what truly made our stay exceptional is Dave and his team. Service is not only excellent, it is also very personal. We felt everybody's warmth in making sure that our family was enjoying our stay. I would recommend this to anyone especially families who want to spend quality time together in a perfect setting. Will definitley be back

Beautiful room. It is actually not a room but more of a small villa, truly fantastic. Two terraces, both with a beautiful view of the fantastic garden. Lovely quiet swimming pool, super friendly staff. There is a good restaurant a few steps from the lobby that also provides room service (there is a menu in your room and you can just call the reception and they will have it delivered). The breakfast is very extensive and is brought to your house. There is no in-house laundry service, but you won't notice that because the reception simply arranges for someone from outside the resort to pick up your laundry and you will get it neatly washed and folded back the next day. I can highly recommend this beautiful and quiet resort (near the entrance to the Khao Yai NP) to everyone.

We stayed in a two bed lodge with private pool backing on to open countryside. Clean, comfortable, beautiful location. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was delivered to the room each morning - huge portions with lots of choice. The communal pool looked lovely although we didn’t use it. The restaurant on the main road (not owned by the resort but associated with it) was basic but lovely food. The resort is small but we understand it is expanding. The location is great - only a few minutes’ drive from the entry to the national park. The staff organised a private vehicle and driver to take us there for the day - a beautiful place with stunning views, waterfalls and walks.

SingaporeIf I have to nit-pick to complain, it has to be the recliner sofa. No problem with function. It's just slightly worn and the old-fashion beige colour couldn't match up with the rest of the beautiful interior. Maybe green or grey would be more modern.
This hotel feels more than 5 stars. Staff are attentive and they take pride in their job. Response time was quick. Rooms, towels, beddings and pool are very clean. The villa furnishing are up-to-date and trendy. Breakfast was delivered to room and sumptuous. Per serving is more than enough for one person. I was villa-hopping for this holiday and the next supposedly bigger and more popular resort couldn't match up to The Hidden Village. Location wise, I consider this pretty decent. 7-11 is walking distance and on average it's about 20 to 40 mins drive to places of interest.

This place is very special. Warm welcome. Spectacular welcome sweet treats from chef. Beautiful surroundings. Gorgeous accommodation, our family had a pool villa, jacuzzi suite and a couple of other rooms booked and each was super special either with stunning views of the mountains or of the gardens & pool. Fun restaurant on site that was great for our whole family. We miss it already.

Very close to the Khao Yai national park northern entrance. Staff were amazing and accommodated our late check in. Treat upon arrival. The common pool, common gardens and gardens around the rooms are just incredible, so much attention to detail! The bed was very comfortable, loved the wooden surfaces(from floor to roof etc!) Built hot tub / jacuzzi very nice option to have! Great delicious breakfast served in room! Definitely recommend this place and if come back to Thailand I’d like to stay again!
