Hike from carpark up steep hill but lift from golf cart was available.

There is no hot water in the sauna area. Also in the room very diffucult to get hot water. The breakfast was terrible.

Almost everything is run down and in need of TLC. Breakfast was cold. They reheated fried eggs as my husband asked. Selection is limited but we didn’t go hungry. We were expecting similar breakfast as Imperial in Phitsanulok, but it was less. Next time we’d choose room only. The steam room is not working. Also shower next to sauna have only cold water. Our room was connected to the other room so we would hear them easily. Luckily these neighbours were peaceful, but next time I’ll ask for a non-connected room.

Although my overall score is not the best, we still enjoyed our stay and would return if the price is similar like 1500b. The location is beautiful and peaceful and they also have a sauna, which was nice. The pool is big with clear water, just a bit cool as expected. The rooms was spacious with a great view (upper panorama room). The balcony had chairs. The reception staff very nice and also the guards and maids.

The swimming pool was pretty unusable due to lack of general cleaning. A shame as it’s a lovely big pool. We got the nets out and cleaned it ourselves.

Beautiful setting, quiet, comfortable chalet. It is past it’s best and a bit dated but great value at the knock down price. Bed and bedding comfortable. View fantastic. Aircon good. Lots of little niggles like bath tub had a repaired split, kettle wouldn’t turn off, phone didn’t work so room service was difficult but clean and value for money.

Terrace should be clean and have slipper. Breakfast based on low room reserved was a-la-cart menu, delicious but less. Room should be renovated will be the best.

The restaurant was very busy due to a number of coach parties using the hotel at the time we stayed.

Loved the location for our 2-night stay. We have our own vehicle and so travelling around from the hotel was no problem. The hotel rooms are built on the hillside, and so it would not suit those who have difficulty with steps. The hotel feels a bit dated now but offers good value for money.

My room was smelly from the toilet. The balcony was not clean.

The breakfast was great. More selection of food and drink. Nice coffee from the coffee machine. The staff were nice and had good service mind.

1. Room was not that clean. It is ok but I never expect dusk on top of sofa and shelves, and stains from hotel. 2. Internet router and one of a bed lamp table were broken. However, the technician came and fixed the router. He asked if I wanted to replace the lamp but I was tired and wanna rest so I said no problem

Staff were friendly, riom was comfortable Breakfas was ok but coffee was the best. Location and scenery are good for relaxing, not far rom the city but far enough to feel the nature.

Raining haha...there is nothing to do with hotel. It is only the season itself.

The surrounding nature and the people. The greenery and fresh air. The mountain views are superb! Will need more time to go around.
