PhilippinesThe people who checked you in at the front desk for terrible but Wi-Fi every night at 9:30 went out during the daytime it was intermittent the lady who was I guess was the boss always wanted to interject herself into whatever was conversation that was going on they wanted to charge you for having one of the front rooms extra I will never stay there again this was my second time staying there first time they said the Wi-Fi was being replaced this time the Wi-Fi was just as bad as it was the first time I stayed there

ThailandI tend to stay here when I am in Jomtien, which is approximately once every 3 months. The Hotel was "tired" when I first became a guest. But really, it has fallen frome "tired" to dis-repair. I have tape on the floor as the floor is falling apart. The shower head is so bad that it sprays everywhere except where I want it to. It simply needs a new shower head as all the teets are broken so the water sprays all over the place. Maintenance should check functionality. As I have alluded to the whole place needs a major renovation and not just patching up. Thanks

United KingdomThe hotel is old, outdated and needs refurbishment. The hotel advertising photo on Booking.com is not a true reflection of its current state. The hotel interior and lift needs updating and decorating. The bathroom, although functional, is in need of a new shower tray and unit.
Location perfect overlooking sea front and promenade. Lots of mirrors, sockets and storage in bedroom Room cleaned every day. Clean bed linen and towels everyday. Shower was powerful and was efficient. Balcony was as described overlooking the beach and sea.

United StatesThe staff was uninterested in any service when we checked in. It was almost as if we woke him from a nap when we arrived. The room was damp. Everything felt ... damp. The aircon was fine, but it never really dried things out in the room. The bed is an old spring mattress, and was not comfortable. The pillows must've been stuffed with sand, as they were heavy and hard. There were mosquitoes in the room, including a dead one squashed on the bathroom wall. The extractor fan was falling out of the bathroom ceiling, and the shower door was corroded at the base (causing it to get stuck when my husband was in the shower). The furniture in the room was fine. Old, but functional . Honestly, I had high hopes for Jomtien 12, based on how it looks from the front. We have a place nearby, and wanted to be able to host friends at the Jomtien 12 when they visit. We will not be recommending this hotel, and will find another for when friends come to town.
The location is great. Lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. The room was a good size. The decor of the bathroom (ceramic tiling) was nice.
