There was a dampness to the room, it didn't smell, but there was just a dampness around. Not sure maybe whether it was to do with the aircon being on and the heat and humidity outside, but it seemed that if you left your clothes laying over the bed, when you'd come back later in the day, they were damp. Even I tried laying them across the back of the couch and they would still feel damp. Again, no smell, but it was just a bit odd that things weren't 100% dry.

After a little confusion over the DayDream Pool being on Level 2 (which is a ground floor, sort of), we were on Cloud 9. The bed was so fluffy and comfortable, the shower was gorgeous to relax under and you felt like you were in your own bougie walk in robe with all the storage and shelf space. The staff were super friendly and even organised a small cake for my mum for her 70th. All the staff came around our table at breakfast and sung happy birthday to her! Later on in the holiday when she had hurt herself, they were fantastic with helping us find a medical centre and would continually check in on her when we went past reception asking if she was feeling okay and if they could do anything for her.

The building is very close to the one next door. Our balcony was very close to the next building so we weren’t comfortable using it.

The hotel itself is not too big, so it was convenient at breakfast time and we could always find sunbeds around the pool. The room was spacious, and we liked the balcony, however it was facing a back street. We loved the room service (we could order drinks and food to the room), f&b prices were really reasonable. Only the room cleaning needs improvement.

The bedding was awful. Big crack in the middle of king bed, sheets and quilt too small for bed and pillows lumpy. Not enough lighting. You could not see your face properly to put on makeup, shave or anything else. No good lights over bed. Breakfast buffet was gross. Stale bread, yuk coffee and considering fruit is cheap and available, they should have had better choices and fresher

I had to tell the staff to change the kettle and swimming pool was not that clean and had to call them but they helped and they are very friendly and helpful

I booked 2 rooms one is double and another is twin. The double bed is 2 twin bed joined up so when you sleep in the center you doesnt find comfort.

The location and the room was good especially the toilet area was big enough.The shower was super good.

The rooms are a little dark .

Not a lot of atmosphere around outdoor pool.

Lovely clean property. Close to beach, 15 min walk to Bangla road and Jungceylon shopping centre. We stayed in daydream deluxe room level 4, nice views to pool. Staff were polite at all times. Probably only negative thing was lack of service around the pool, but whilst we were staying they seemed to be building a bar area.

If you take their basic room - the cheapest. It’s not like the photos shown. It’s in a different building and your balcony faces a wall that’s 2 or 3 meters away. Hallways look dark. I changed my room immediately.

Location is prime. Not too close to Bangla but within walking distances to many great restaurants and the beach. If you take the rooms on the 6th floor, you’ll have a nice sized balcony.

Uncomfortable very long corridors to the room and to the swimming pool Breakfast not bad but not various for 4 stars hotel On the picture you can not understand that your window is just in front of the wall plus not a nice street view Very hot swimming pool terrace because of the second floor and closed by the building
