Reviews of Regent - Chalet, Hua Hin 3 stars

Location that easy to access the sea.

Breakfast is not worth of my money and it's very congested and small but it's great sea view.

The pool is clean and quite spacious since there are few guests. However, the beach is rather short. If you want to walk along the beach, you need to go to the right side of the hotel, and then you'll be fine. The beach is still very nice. The croissants there are very delicious. The staff were very friendly, which made the experience even better.

There were a few mosquitoes and ants in the room.

Groups of Rude French from coach trip. Very upsetting language and behaviour which would question me.to revisit next year

Rooms tired and showing their age. The bed was too hard. Definitely not enough power points in room.

The food that they served is the best and even the coffee is much better than the coffee that you get from the shop

The toilet bowl for me it was not comfortable enough to use it.

Beach

Probably the only thing we liked was the quietness. Just a few other quests at the resort.

I was used to (been there 3 times before) have breakfast at the resort by the ocean. Now we had it at the hotel nearby and it wasn’t too delicious. The resort have already seen its best days not to mention the beach which was a sad view to look at.

The pool was clean and warm.

None of the restaurants were open the snooker room was closed there were no bikes to hire the accommodation was very tired needed updating.No transport to the the regent hotel were we were told to get a meal in fact there were facilities at all on the site.

It didn't go well, so it is an unfair review

We arrived late and the problems couldn't be resolved because of the time. I'd ordered a room with three beds and there was only one. Both my kids had to sleep on the floor (and I'd booked them in as adults). I think they could have tried harder really, but it was late and we were tired. We had stayed at the sister hotel previously (Also the Regent) and that place was a different class.

Love an early morning swim in the sea, and then the great buffet breakfasts, overlooking the beach & sea. In general, the place is a great stop and quiet, a good place to rest, just 'be', and to hide away from some of the not-so-nice tourism that comes with the more popular spots...

I noticed that the general tidiness/upkeep has dropped just a little (like, there was a beautiful flower arrangement when entering the breakfast space - and some of the beachfront garden area had obviously sustained damage during flooding, and had not been repaired...). This was our third stay, so we generally really like the place. Perhaps it's still the pandemic repercussions, nothing major that would deter us from coming back.

Other guests who are drinking wine in public area. They shld stay within their chalet only

Lovely location on the beach. Enormous room! Hotel was very very quiet, almost deserted, which we enjoyed but not for everyone. Would definitely book again.

Had to go by tuktuk to the sister hotel next door for meals, even breakfast Nowhere to even get a drink apart from a fridge in reception with a few sodas and beer. Mini bar in room could make a big difference. Restaurants and bar in sister hotel were closed long before advertised times. Unable to even get a drink at 9 pm
