We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI stayed there a while and when I checked out two of my electronic devices had been taken. It is really a shame because it was my favorite place to stay until that happened. Unfortunately I can’t stay somewhere if I can’t trust the staff to not steal my belongings. I don’t know who it was or what but that is very bad for business. If it weren’t for that (500$ worth of things) then I would stay there whenever I got the chance because unless the Chinese tourist bus is there then the place is very quiet and the front desk staff was very nice. It saddens me to write this but I think people should know and the hotel should be aware and do their part to not have thieves on the property.
