This resort transformed our visit to Koh Chang during the Green, low season when the weather might have spoilt our trip, however the comfort of the accommodation, the great fun of the pool facilities, and the lovely helpful staff turned it around. Our kids loved the pool and so the cloudy skies didn’t matter! Right next to nice cafe, mini convenience store etc so an easy stay.

Horrible coffee at breakfast. Apartments kind of dark and gloomy.

So this is paradise if you are a kid who loves waterslides. Our families who have children that does. If I did not have children who loved this, I would definitely stay another place. But I do! And in that aspect this hotel was super. Breakfast good but HORRIBLE coffee! Like undrinkable...

Staff were great especially running the pool/slide. Breakfast first class. Rooms were good size for the 3 of us. Beach was at the doorstep and clean.

Perhaps introduce interactive activities and fun music during the day around the pool area. Also look onto providing larger umbrellas as theres no shade around the pool for most of the day.

It’s a definite must for families with young kids. Not as much teen, but kids. The pools and slides are fabulous and keeps the kids (and parents alike) entertained for hours.

There was no beach for kids to play although it looks like there is, the breakfast is poor, the location in general not that great.

Definitely great option for kids, nice family rooms, very friendly staff.

The sun beds were black and if you weren’t careful you would burn yourself on them. It was a first in best dressed situation with getting a day bed by the pool and anytime after 10-11 you’d miss out.

Perfect hotel and destination for a relaxing a family. We got a cottage which was spacious and comfortable. The pool was a seller for us allowing our son to burn off plenty of energy and us the ability to sit and watch if we wanted or to join in. Breakfast had many great options and catered for everyone. Happy hour poolside was a hit with two for one deals. We all enjoyed the fire show each night which was interactive as well. All of the staff were wonderful and welcoming always saying hello and smiling. We would definitely come back here and spend more time.

Great hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms. As soon as you check in you get to the caring staff, I especially want to note the cool lifeguards in the pool, my children are delighted with them! A good restaurant at the hotel and a quiet long beach. Next time when we come, we’ll definitely choose this hotel. Our family is very grateful for the amazing vacation at the Splash Hotel!

We came 2 times to this hotel. Very nice and clean rooms, delicious breakfast, pool with slides. The staff was extremly nice. Good restaurants around. The beach was not that nice in the hotel area, so we stayed at pool.

Prices in the restaurant and at the bar are too high compared to other (better) restaurants at the beach.

Breakfast is very good and offers a broad range from local and international alternatives. The room was good and always clean. The watersides were the main reason for our choice and still fully usable, but the tower is aging (rust) and same for some sunbeds. Personell is super friendly and fast.

The bed was large and very comfy. However, the blanket was a little thin and small for two people. I had to ask for an extra blanket for the second and third night. Which it as also fine. The front beach is a little rocky. Not so safe to go in the water.

Since we arrived, our first impression was the staffs. They were very helpful and genuinely friendly. The room we had was quite spacious and clean. The bed was large and very comfy. However, the blanket was a little thin and small for two people. The beach restaurant was very nice. There's a fire show every night. My 3 years old nephew really enjoyed it. The staffs at the beach restaurant were very friendly and super attentive. The pool was big. We really had fun there. Extra bonus for having a couple lifeguards there to lookout for everyone's safety. Breakfast was very nice. So many choices.

Loved the pool for the kids, and the staff are amazing. The location is great, and you can pick up a sharing taxi from outside the hotel to transport you to other areas of the island and back with ease for 50 baht per person for short trips and 100 baht for longer.

The accommodation is next to the main road with a parking lot. The accommodation has a water park and a beach. The service staff is very good, smiling and ready to help customers all the time.

The staff were very helpful and always smiling. Breakfast was wonderful, the best we've had in a hotel in Thailand!. Our bungalow was fabulous, very clean, comfy beds and pillows and a great bathroom with plenty of space for toiletries.

The beach is very small and the pool is only really for children. Be prepared to rent a scooter and go elsewhere if you want nice beaches.

Nice resort, mostly for families, probably not the best choice for couples. Quiet and well kept. Clean and with nice and friendly staff.

-Housekeeping would come after 12pm. -Sometimes the floor also felt like it hadn’t been swept and had sand on it even after a housekeeping visit. -The WiFi was also spotty.

-Their breakfast spread and beach setup. -They were accommodating when we had transport issues. The staff were friendly.

Damp smell in the room, discolored bed linen, inconsistent room cleaning and some peculiar smells at breakfast.
